No, I think flu shots weaken your immune system. If you eat well, drink plenty of water, take vitamins and try to avoid congested areas the general public tends to gather, then you shouldn't need a flu shot. I also rarely get sick.

No, I rarely get sick and most flu shots have mercury and I don't want that **** in my body.
