When you are "chosen" for a job, do you feel superior to everyone else?

God "chose" Israel for a purpose and we agreed to the Covenant. That doesn't make us superior to anyone. We have obligations to fulfill -- non-Jews don't have those same obligations.

No one is *superior.* We are all God's children, but some of us are expected to put a little more effort into this life.

You too can be "chosen," but not "superior."

No one nation or people are spiritually superior to anyone else. There is Only One Who is Superior over all. Instead of worrying about who's superior, if everyone would recognize this, this would be a much more happier, safer, and peaceful world in which to live!

The short answer: No.

The longer answer: Jews believe that G-d gave them the laws to follow. Non-Jews are not obligated to follow the 613 laws of G-d. Anyone is free to worship G-d.
