I know that this is going to seem odd, but my partner used to work for a big a Museum. They would have there Christmas party at a Bowling Alley and dinner catered. As you can imagin there where quite a few raised eye brows. I will tell you that I have never had so much fun at what could have been just another boring office party. At the museum you had all levels of education from master degrees in history to boys from the hood who worked the parking lot. At the Bowling alley everyone equal and people from all departments mix and had a ball. Good luck hope what ever you do you have a great time.

If you have a Buca di Beppo in your area go there. I worked there for a year and they cater to larger parties. Call ahead if you can, but you can just walk in. They do authentic southern Italian, its family style and a lot of fun. They have 3 liter bottles of Chianti, etc. They have a lot of great food.

What kind of budget do you have?
How about a dinner cruise, they usually run about $65/person + bar & tip; and you should provide transportation to and from so they can all have a few drinks....
that could run another $750.

You can aways order out from your local super market and get a few lunch meat trays-salad trays-appetizer trays-Its cheaper and you can have it at your place of business-Ths way everyone can still eat what they picked and the clean up is easy enough. Hope this helps.

if you have a cici's pizza out where you are, it's all you can eat for five dollars, you can also take them to a family style restaraunt where every one gets big dishes and shares, it's quite filling, if you have a buca di beppo, that's an example, or go to a pizza parlor or burger joint, not fast food tho

Several places like Ryans and Duffs have banquet rooms for larger crowds. Call around to see who could accomodate you.
