When I'm swimming at the waterslide park it's like out of nowhere I've gotta pee, like really badly. Like most waterslide parks the bathrooms are far away by the entrance and I feel I can't hold it that long, to walk all the way over.

What do you do, if you've been in my situation?

After 17 years of marriage, he cheated with a woman he works with. Have been separated for 1 1/2 years now. They have been seeing each other off and on ever since. He says they are now "only friends." Wants to make his marriage work - get back together. My ultimatum - quit your job - find another. Won't get back together with you while you are working with her. He says no, too much time invested, seniority, etc. He's learned his lesson and won't let it happen again. Before all of this happened, I trusted him implicitely. It hit me like a ton of bricks. Poll - Do I go back or not? Yes or No desired. Elaborations welcome.

I had a scheduled court appearance, i went to court on the specify date and they (the court) told me they lost my case file. What should i do? I know that this situation doesn't work toward my advantage. I have concerns and i wanto know what i should do.

The "law" that I've been paying taxes for over 50 years turned against us recently as a detective came to my friends home with extremely lewd and obnoxiously explicit allegations from this female friends stepson. Why can't the detective see through the lies he told? Don't they do a thing to protect innocent people anymore?
Now, the friend has to hire an expensive criminal attorney, as the person causing all the trouble allegedly was interviewed by this detective. The lies were so "Jerry Springer" that they made the father of this child practically laugh in the detectives face.
Meanwhile, I'm being harrassed by local law enforcement with 180 turnabouts and close surveillience as I drive through the town doing volunteer work.
I feel like something real wrong has happened to America when liars are allowed to abuse the system and waste taxpayers money in such incompetence.
Are we doing enough? Can we file harassment charges? Isn't it criminal to file false police reports?

Well I've been sexually abused in the past time when I was like..13 or so. Only once, I pretened I didn't notice was he was doing. He was just doing something so overlysexually I don't feel comfortable describing it here..no he didn't do it to me. I never told anyone. Well am a fifteen year old girl. I was at someplace and I was moody and I guess my 21 yr old cousin was just trying to cheer me up. He was touchy but not in a bad way but he never ever payed attention to me. ever. especially since I was young. he kept a good eye on me. but how come no one else payed attention to me that night, especially since i had a dozen other cousins over there. in the middle 20's?
im asking because im paranoid and somewhat traumatized, hope I didnt gross any one out.. =/...i mean he cared about me more than my mom who made me cry/

We are looking to put our house on the market after the first of the year. We live in a very desirable neighborhood, and have had a market analysis done on the house to determine a reasonable asking price. We want to pull every penny we can out of the house, and when we heard what the realtors in our area charge we were a little shocked! I have heard that they do a ton of work behind the scenes, but I have a friend who is a very successful realtor and I feel that in all reality it may not be worth it to pay them the thousands of dollars they require. We live in a small town where houses for sale are really pretty obvious. Any advice?

to me its pretty simple.....we have immensely powerful weapon, nukes, that we don't want other radical countries to have....if talks and sanctions go nowhere....why not just bomb them before they get the nukes?
comments to hippies:
yes, i know other countries like russia, china, india have nukes too but they also have something to lose (which is their country, economy, population etc)....iran on the other hand is radical and controlled not by a system but rather few radical leaders who can do any thing to black mail other countries if they have nukes.
i am not too concerned about Iran using the nukes (if they acquire it) but just the idea of Iran threating Israel, Iraq and other countries to get what they want.
its pretty simple....like the game of poker....if the losing person has few chips, he/she wouldn't hesitate to go 'all in' compared to a person who is on the top of the board.
why let iran have the bomb...lets bomb it before we worsen the situation by electing hippies for 09.
