Well I've been sexually abused in the past time when I was like..13 or so. Only once, I pretened I didn't notice was he was doing. He was just doing something so overlysexually I don't feel comfortable describing it here..no he didn't do it to me. I never told anyone. Well am a fifteen year old girl. I was at someplace and I was moody and I guess my 21 yr old cousin was just trying to cheer me up. He was touchy but not in a bad way but he never ever payed attention to me. ever. especially since I was young. he kept a good eye on me. but how come no one else payed attention to me that night, especially since i had a dozen other cousins over there. in the middle 20's?
im asking because im paranoid and somewhat traumatized, hope I didnt gross any one out.. =/...i mean he cared about me more than my mom who made me cry/

No i dont like him..ew he is my second cousin..am just very paranoid...and this isnt the same cousin as the one who sexually abused me

I don't think you should be worried. I understand why you are, considering what happened to you before, I just think this 21 year old cousin you're talking about now was doing just what you said, trying to cheer you up. Even though he never paid you any attention when you were younger, now that you're growing up, it's easier for your older relatives to talk to you, if you know what I mean. And I think he was just trying to get you to feel more comfortable in the situation with so many other relatives around. Take care.

I think that you should ask your mom to take you to a psy to sort out that bad situation. We can never push those things under the carpet, because it's always there. It's not a little thing to be abused at 13, and and then no one ever help you out...Don't worry, you don't gross out anybody, we all understand and want to help you. Try google and type sexual abuse, read about it. You'll understand more of what happened to you as you were a child. Paranoid that it could happen again? It seems that at the time, they all closed their eyes not to know and hope you'ld just forget, but abuse, you don't forget. You can understand its true dimensions with help of a professional. I really wish you see a psychiatrist who will help you out of that nightmare. Take good care of yourself. Write again if you need more help.

Just because one person has abused you, does not mean that all men or bad or have sexual motives. Your cousin was probably feeling bad for you. as long as you only treat him like a cousin, then it is very normal that he wanted to console you. Your other cousins may not have been as emotionally moved by what happened as he was.

probably if he had any intentions in mind he would have done it to u in a secluded place taking u their also the thing that he did it before every one and no one objected speaks for he maynt have had evil intentions as u suspect and and i dont agree he cares more thanur mom simply coz u spoend more time with ur mom andnot some guy isnt it ?

well, i think that your other cousins didn't want to get involved. but still, they should take matters like this into their own hands!!!!!! they were very ignorant for not helping your if you felt like he was doing something inappropiate.
