In itself, the idea of changing Canon’s favorite 1/2.5” sensor size to bigger is great. Nevertheless, in case of Canon G9, SD950 and A650 large 1/1.7 inch sensor has a trouble. Its useless 12 extra pixels with not needed 4000 x 3000 resolutions bring in superfluous sensor noise (for example look at G9 user’s opinion: ‘horrendous image noise above 200 ISO’ or my http://fototramp.blogspot.com/2007/11/canon-powershot-g9-sd950-and-a650-can.html). There’s nothing to be done, trying to put more pixels into the sensor a mfr has to make a pixel smaller. As a result, the sensor becomes warm and makes an image noisy. Please, express your one's opinion.

Why is it that all boys do is pay attention to the talkative, loud girls and don't take the time or the energy to get to know the shy ones? Im quite shy at school, but Im not that hard on the eyes, lots of people say Im pretty. I do get the sense as well that theyre almost afriad of me. I like my shy (mysterious) personality and I dont want that to change toooo much but at the same time I want to change the boys perspective of me so they feel more comfortable around me! I purchased a house and about a week before closing I was told that the house that we bought had liens on them. There were number of creditors who had put the liens on the house (not one). The seller allowed me to move in without signing any paperwork on the hopes that the liens could be lifted and the transaction would go through. However, two weeks later, my lawyer informed me that he didn't think that the liens would be lifted and that he wanted me to move out and purchase another property.

To walk-away I need to have the mutual release form signed so that my deposit (20K) could be returned to me. However, the seller has apparently dissappeared and I'm unable to get the mutual release done.

What are my options? The contract is void as the house did not close. Why is my deposit stuck? I've been told that I need to contract a litigation lawyer to my deposit released which is more $$ out of my own pocket and I'm trying to avoide.

Got a £60 fine for this. I was due to collect a duplicate disc, as I had never received my original after ordering online just over 1 month ago.
Is it worth writing to appeal this? and although I was away for much of the month, potentially I could have been driving without displaying the disc for a considerable amount of time - could this result in a harsher penalty.
