I don't know if it's just some low-level dyslexia on my part, or perhaps a Freudian slip that makes me do this; but when you see the word "theodicy", do you ever read it as "theo-idiocy"?

Or is it just me?

And no, I'm not confusing it with "theocracy" ("theo-crazy"? I like that one...).

"Theodicy" is the attempt to reconcile the existence of evil with an omnipotent, omniscient, omnibenevolent God...:

Heh yep, it is exactly the same as the word Theocracy, I always see the word Theo-crazy....

I get why you see that, but it's not Freudian. Freudian slips are sexual so unless you see "theodicy" as "The-o-dick-y". Then you just have dyslexia :P
