I set out angel hair noodles, regular spaghetti, fettucini noodles, red sauce, alfredo sauce, mushrooms, two different kinds of meatballs, red pepper flakes, and diced celery, as well as some spices, and dont have time to hit the supermarket before they get here, because it's more than 45 minutes away! My best friend is 13. Her sister is 16 and has a few month old baby. She (her sister) hits my friend and takes her phone and internet as if she was her mother.

Last night the older sister told my friend to take care of her baby while she washes the bottles and my friend told her she couldn't cause she was doing homework and her sister took her phone away. My friend opened the door to get her phone back and her sister grabbed her by the neck and held her up against the wall, choking her. Later on my friend slept in her moms room cause she was scared to sleep upstairs. Her mom came home at 5 am and when she told her, she didn't do anything. She just said ok. They don't even have food in their house. When she comes to my house she basically eats half of my fridge.

She doesn't want to make her moms life harder but something has to be done. What can be done?

Our tenants have separated and had 3 months remaining on their lease. Even though they have been late with the rent more than once, my husband made a new lease with the remaining tenant for 6 months (up to April 1st). We've been in the house twice since then to replace the furnace. The first, two weeks ago, to inspect the furnace. And yesterday to take out the old one. Both times the house was filthy. I spoke with her last night and told her she needed to clean the house and keep it clean if she wanted to continue to stay there.We had just remodeled the entire inside of the house when they moved in. The carpet (new in January) looks like its never been vacuumed. Can I evict her for a filthy house?

My husband moved out this weekend, and wants a divorce. We didn't have a really ugly marriage, and hopefully we won't have an ugly divorce. We're both doing the best we can to keep things amicable, for us, but of course even more for our two kids, ages four and six.

I'm wondering what we should do about our son and school, with two issues in particular.

1. We're going to try having an almost 50/50 custody setup, only my husband is moving to another school district. If my son's primary address remains the same, will he still be able to attend the school he goes to, even though much of the time he would technically "live" in another district?

2. I feel we should let the school know what's going on, but I don't really know who to talk to, or what to say. Mainly, I want to let them know because he's going to have a hard time with it, and so that they can keep an eye out for any problems that we might not see.

Advise?

I am pregnant with my first baby and I plan on breastfeeding. Should my baby nurse from one breast for about 10-15 minutes, get burped, then switch to the next? Or should I let him try to finish from just one? If he does nurse from both, will I have remaining milk to pump from both? If he nurses from just one should I pump from the one he didn't nurse from? Lastly, I want others to feed him (breastmilk from the bottle) when he gets older so he can be used to the breast. I still want him to be drinking breastmilk though and I know you can freeze it for up to 3 months. So the milk that I pump I can just freeze or throw out right? Please answer each question if you can. It will be very helpful and I'd really appreciate it =] Thanks everyone!
