If you want to ruin your dinner use the sugar. Don't even mention that fact you do not have the cheese, no one will notice.

Why do you have diced celery? is it raw?

If you put out the noodles, sauces, meats and veggies, everyone should enjoy!

Have someone pick up some fresh Parmesan cheese and grate it yourself. It tastes 100% better than than canned stuff. As for sugar, I would never put sugar in spaghetti.

ok to answer you seriously, parmasen is a cheese and sugar is just a sweetner. So no sugar won't work. The only thing you could do is if you have any other types of cheese, you could set out, if not Don't worry about it. You and your guests won't die without it.

You can't be serious. Like the first response said, ask someone to bring some from home or stop at the store on the way. or, you'll be fine without.

why would you use sugar? Call someone on the way and ask them to bring some parm cheese! You'll be fine without it if they cant!

Get serious, sugar is no substitute for Parmesan. When in doubt, do without.

Yes put out table sugar, plus you may want to scrape the cheeses out of your toes and ears and put it out too. No one will ever know...
