An in-law occasionally borrows my car (in NJ). You don't normally ask a relative for proof of valid license in lending a car when they already told you they have one. But recently she was in a store writing a check and produced the form of ID normally used by folk who have no DL, and said her DL is at home. This seems very odd, so I'm wondering what the potential consequences are on my car, its registration and/or insurance when not-knowingly lending it to someone who is unlicensed?

I met him online. We have been talking for almost a year and half, I like everything about him, He is so perfect to me, I don't kow why but he intrigues me and makes me smile, even when I am so sad I cry. I want my kids to understand the true meaning of Christmas. I want to tell them that santa is make believe, but there is no problem "pretending." In my family, the youngest of my siblings is 17, and we STILL pretend there is santa, with my parents leaving out unwrapped gifts. I don't want there to be any trust issues between my children & I. I don't want the day to come where they find out that santa isn't real, and know that I told them he is. I don't want them to think, "Well, is Jesus real???"

I remember getting this vaccination when I was younger (and I remember it hurt like hell) and it left a scar. Looking on the internet I have read that it normally leaves a scar, but not one site I have found has explained WHY.

Ok..so i bought a digital camera from ABC warehouse..it was a fujifilm camera..anyway I purchased a 3 year warranty..
recently I cannot find my camera...( this is about 7 months after I purchased it) I'm thinking either someone stole it..or I might have lost it..

Will the warranty get me another camera..?

and I cannot find my reciept and I paid it with cash...so will I be able to use my warranty without my receipt (I know i'm programmed into th ABC's system..)or am I going to have to search like mad to find it..(my receipt)?

When i got the DUI it stateted that my BAC level was .074 which is under the limit. But it also said that i caused property damage and caused minor injury to another person. That is all true. Can they still give me a DUI even if i was under the limit? I live in florida.
