A response is shown by the development of a characteristic flat scar at the injection site. This is taken to be a sign of a ‘successful’ BCG vaccination. However, sometimes the vaccine does not leave a scar even though the vaccine has ‘taken’ and will provide protection.
If a scar is not present, a Mantoux test is offered. The Mantoux test involves injecting a small amount of a protein (“tuberculin protein”) into the skin with a needle and syringe. The test site is then examined about 48 hours later. The test is positive if a small red lump develops at the needle site. This reaction is similar to a “hive” or an insect bite and resolves without leaving any permanent mark. The size of the reaction may vary.

BCG is a live attenuated vaccine against tuberculosis that is prepared from a strain of the attenuated weakened live bovine tuberculosis bacillus, Mycobacterium bovis. As soon as this vaccine is given intracutaneously, the body starts to launch a cell mediated immune response against the bacteria. Usually in three weeks, as a part of normal immune response, a bluish papule starts to appear, which later erodes/ulcerates, and forms a scar around 13 weeks. An easier explanation regarding why the scar forms is by saying that it's the aftermath of the immune system, that prevents the spread of the bacteria from the injected site. But do keep in mind that some of these scars can get infected because of poor healing, and leave a keloid instead of a scar which can look pretty mean. Hope this answers your question. Tc

The scar on your arm is similar the the scarring that TB leaves on your lungs, but milder.
A good 'take' in vaccination will leave a distinct and alway visible scar to prove you are vaccinated.

The BCG was nano GPS tech along with hormone suppressors, the hormone suppressors carry the nano-tech into your body then get replaced with cells. They first test your testosterone levels and estrogen levels to see how high or low in both . If you test "immune" it means you have high testosterone or estrogen depending on gender . Did you notice that even f you test immune they still give you the shot ..yeah its a lie . If you have ultra high testosterone as a man they will try to shoot you with a heightened formula that will decrease your testosterone further . As a woman it is the reverse with estrogen replacing testosterone . They wish to remove hyper masculinity and hyper femininity and make us all the same and equal by force.

because it`was injected under the skin and not in the muscle that's why it leaves a scar.
