I leave and come back. sometimes I just get tired of the same old questions and the same old attitudes. sometimes I feel like there is a ''click'' that I'm not in on. not that I really care, just an observation.
I come back when I need to. even when I'm not here answering or asking, I still check out what some of the questions are that are posted.
In all honesty......lately it seems that some of the IQ's in here have dropped a few points.

I've left Y!A for a long while, over a year and I just came back this August/September I think. I wasn't harassed by any trolls though, I just forgot to check on Answers and it went on for months and months. I just graduated and was engrossed on my first job, overtime here, overtime there, blah blah. I came back and planted myself on this section 'cause it's where I feel at home, and it's fun!

Fortunately, I haven't had any bad experience here... Yet. Even so, I don't think I'll be leaving Y!A forever, I'll probably just cool down and chill for a bit before coming right back with a vengeance! Just kidding. ;)

Nah - I mean there are days that I do not get on and there are days I do - but I have never had the mind set that I 'left Yahoo Answers'. It is an amusing site and there are people who I really enjoy on here.

My feelings have been hurt a few times but that is just part of life.

I left due to personal experiences I was going through in MY life, so when I worked through them, I came back.

Yeah, not because of a bad experience, it was the start of the college semester and I needed to focus on my work. But when I got things on track I came back.

I left for a while because of being busy at work. And I left for a while once because of being harassed by trolls. Once I go back to work I'll be on here wayyy less and I'll miss you like crazy.

I like it here, I've "met" so many wonderful folks. I don't want to have to leave. And I hated it when the trolls were out to get me.

No, I did block my email and change my screen name after someone emailed me to repeat an answer I left on their question. It was not a creepy request but I just didn't realize how easy it was to find information that I consider private.

Dearie,
I am in the process of leaving for good, since my main screen name [you know what that is] is still being unjustly suspended.

I refuse to put up with Yahoo's lame security measures any longer.

yes, but usually i just jump to a diffrent section,

2 things
unmittigated question or anwer deletion, really is annoying

and then email stalkers who just need to get a life,

I mean these whack jobs just cyber stalk te heck out of you, thumbing you down and falsely reporting you ect..

Its better now that they changed things, but still
I have to block all my stuff and I really hate doing that.

I'm thinking of leaving right now as it happens. Mainly because stupid, narrow minded fellow LGBT answerers have decided it's quite acceptable to drag my name through the mud. But whatever, I don't really care. They can think what they like.
