im doing a science fair project to test the five second rule. i want to count the bacteria that grows on the food after it was dropped. I will test 10 seconds 20 seconds 30 seconds and 40 seconds for each type of food. i just need to know how to count bacteria

Big sentence I know and a bigger idea. Reindustrialized and outlawed, retroactively, business with Communists again. Dissolve the Fed and secure the dollar with value thereby adding wealth, raising incomes and opportunity and enhancing national security and esteem. Trade based soley on sound economics and to promote liberty within the world. Can America become a community again? Will we ever stop blaming our neighbor for requiring a living wage to feed his family? Will we ever hold those to account who deliberately drove us into the crisis' of today for their own profit?

What do you do when you feel depressed?

Just curious to know what you guys do to get out of that "funk" mode? I know depression can be a serious matter...actually i knew someone that committed suicide because of severe depression.

Has anybody out there ever been so depressed to where they thought of commiting suicide?...what caused it?

What do you think I should do?

My job involves alot of work on the computer so we're all given special company scan-cards and computers. On the computer we're required to scan our card into a special machine to unlock all of our information and such that we need to access for work. I was chatting with a friend from work asking to borrow my card as she'd left hers on her desk in the office. I'm 99.5 percent sure it's illegal to use cards other than our own. She says that she's going to get fired if she doesn't get into the site within a couple minutes to post some stuff. Here's the converstation on our work IM:

Noelle Carter: Hello, Meghan! I'm just putting my finishing touches on the Winter Wonderland top design.
Meghan Ashman: great! hey, listen. i need to run soon. can you do me a big favor?
Noelle Carter: What is it?
Meghan Ashman: i left my card in the office. i need to get the 541 designs up by 1:00! can i borrow ur card? please!!!
Noelle Carter: BRB.

This created a mess consisting of unwanted stress that eventually turned into less... and bad... and worst.

Today we are two worlds apart.

She moved on, I moved on then WE finally moved on.

Reunited: now seems to be hopeless

How to gain confidence and eliminate fear?

I am a software analyst. I have been into toughest of the projects and have come out with good outcomes even thru very difficult situations in projects. But in spite of that when it comes to joining new projects and delivering, I somewhat seem to get afraid and nervous of taking up that project. This may be due to fear of failure or fear of slogging and putting in extra efforts which can ruin work life balance. How can I overcome this? Apart from professional life in personal life I am also not courageous and gutsy. Can anyone tell me how I can address this?
