I would never want to be size 0, my body wouldn't be able to handle it - I'm too tall. The smallest I could ever be is a UK size 6, the next size up from 0. But I'm very happy being a size 8 (the size up from the size up from 0).
Some people can handle being that small, if you were say, 5' 1", then you're body may not look weird with being that small.
By the way, a size 0 = a UK size 4

Size 0 today is probably what size 4 was 10 years ago. It is a joke - sizing that is! I used to be an 8 and now am a 4 in most clothes and my weight hasn't changed all that much. I am relatively thin but not skinny! So if you are a size 0 you are definitely tiny. If it's your goal to be that small you may have issues as that is not "normal" for most people. Some people are naturally that thin and look fine.

It's OK if you're an eight yr old girl! It dosen't look good on women. Women are meant to have curves!!! I am very glad that I'm NOT a size 0. I love my figure (size 10) and I love my boobs (38C) and I'm very happy w/ my shape. I workout 6 times a week to be curvy and slim NOT a "bag of bones"
My opinion.

Size zero is okay for girls who are built to be size zero, if you eat healthily and are size zero then thats fine.. and looks fine. But when you look too skinny it doesn't attract men, they would rather have curves. Over the years it has become a trend. The trend has already caused death on a number of occasions. The 21 year old Brazilian model Ana Carolina Reston died of anorexia following a diet of just apples and tomatoes. At five feet eight inches she weighed just six stone, a shocking two and a half stone lighter than the desirable minimum weight for her height. Ana had a BMI3 of just 12.5. Her death came hot on the heels of that of Uruguayan model Luisel Ramos, who followed a diet of just lettuce and diet drinks. She suffered heart failure shortly after leaving the catwalk at a fashion show in Uruguay. Tragically, her sister Eliana also died of malnutrition some six months later.
Those models paid the ultimate price for the fashion that hails 'malnourished' as the look of the decade, but there are many other health risks associated with size zero.
The reduction in weight below the recommended minimum BMI of 18.5, can result in infertility, insomnia, lack of concentration, and kidney or liver failure. For those still considering making the effort, the use of diet pills to assist with the starvation may result in incontinence - really cool? Hardly! To lose control of your bowel and bladder while wearing the size zero is really just too sad for words.
The lack of nutrition causes a chemical imbalance in the brain and this can result in fierce mood swings, loss of any sense of proportion and inability to see what is right in front of your face.
The fact is, the heart needs the energy provided by the consumption of all the food groups to burn as fuel for the body. When we deprive ourselves of the necessary calorific intake, the basic functions of the body begin to seize up. So, starting with the brain, this malady spreads to the other organs and eventually the heart just stops - no more stores of fuel to burn. Don't try and be size zero just to be thin.. stay at a reasonable weight for your height and your health will be fine and you will look good !

Cool you can fit into a size 0. Keep up the good healthy work and stay skinny and not over weight.
I'm not what to say about it maybe something like..... You might be under weight depending on what size you are and yur age and height, but if you don't think your to skinny then just keep doing what your doing.

I really need more info, but my opinion on size 0 is if you are small-framed and petite and can manage it without starving yourself, fine. I am 5'8" and medium-framed and wear an 8, and I'm happy.

Most guys AREN'T into the who size 0 thing.
I think it's sad that the media has influenced women in such an adverse way. I've heard so many stories of people who are anorexic or bulimic and I think it is so sad. On balance, guys find girls who are an average weight more attractive.
When I'm on Yahoo Answers, I realise that other people have issues with who they are, what they look like, their weight, their size, their life situations, anything! And I think that that's pretty shitt-y too because we've become so sensitive to societal values and beliefs.

size zero is ridiculous and dangerous and definitely not healthy.A woman looks sexy with curves in the right places, not with a xylophone chest and needle thin arms and legs that look like they are going to snap if they step off a curb..
