I've just accepted a position as an admissions coordinator for a Hospice Care company and was just wondering how difficult of a job it is. The pay/benefits package is fantastic but I'm concerned as to what exactly I'm getting myself into besides the obvious job description and day to day tasks I've been told about.

I have a 2-year-old male Great Dane that is not neutered and we don't want that done to him. He is obedient in every way and yet when we unleash him on our property, he goes ballistic running and jumping and circling several times then heads for the next hole in the bushes that lead to the road we live on and takes off as fast as he can run and will explore the neighborhood and sometimes go a half mile before we coax him to lie down exhausted so we can put his leash back on.

Is there anything that can be done short of fencing our 4 acres or spending thousands $$ for an invisible fence, etc? How do you train a dog or break him of that?

My husband has 2 children both girls from a previous marriage. We have one child together. we have been married 4 years together 6.

My problem is his 10 year old has decided she wants to go to mom. To the point that she has told the school we are all being physically abused and the school of course contacted children and youth and the nightmare has begun. The girls and I had a meeting with the woman yesterday from there. She asked me if at anytime I've been physically abused by him. NO I have never been threatened. Looked at the 10 year old asked her if she believes it's happening, she said yes and that was the end of them believing me. He has not raised a finger to anyone in the house. I need some advice on what I should do, my first instinct tells me to scoop up my 3 year old and run screaming, because at this point they can come and if any of us have so much as a bruise they get taken and he goes to jail. Looking to see if anyone has ever been in the same situation?

I know Gordon and Johnson have the best numbers over the past 5 or 6 years, which would mean they are good drivers. Not taking anything away from them. They are also with by far the best organization with unlimited resources. How good do you think they would be if say: They were in a a Petty car, With Roush or Gibbs. Would you say "they are still the greatest"? I'm not bashing anyone, just curious. Was there a little luck involved in getting the rides they got?

There's this dude who's always snatching glances at me in class and turns away when I look. 3 yrs ago I used to like him alot & he knew about it --he used to look directly at me in a teasing way to aggravate me.....but then it got bad -we haven't talked after for 3 yrs when i found out he lead me on for fun.....now in my 4th yr ..he's in my class for the first time again....and now he's snatching glances at me every once in while ......i didn't respond when he tried to tease me at the start..he stopped....however unlike 3 yrs ago he can't even look at me in the eye (totally opposite change).....TOTAL ignorance at times.. why the secret glances though? is still he trying to get my attention for his ego? or he thinks i probably still like him?
