There's a nun standing outside who calls him a sinner. "Who are you calling a sinner?" said the guy, "I'm only going to have one drink. What do you know about it anyway? I bet you've never had a drink in your life. Tell you what, come in the bar with me and I'll buy you a drink, then you can decide whether it's sinful or not". "Certainly not!" replied the nun, "I can't be seen going into a bar". "Ok then", said the guy, "I'll buy you a drink and bring it out here for you to try". "Certainly not", replied the nun, "I can't be seen standing in the street drinking alcohol". "Ok then", said the guy, "I'll ask the barmaid to put it in a cup and saucer, then passers-by will just think you're enjoying a cup of tea". "Oh...ok then" said the nun reluctantly, so the guy goes into the bar, orders a beer for himself and a double Vodka and Tonic for the nun and asks the barmaid to put it in a cup and saucer. "Oh sh*t", said the barmaid, "Don't tell me that bloody nun's out there again!"

I have a cousin who is 7 years old and i have to give her a present this Christmas. what should i give her. i have know clue. well yesterday when i left work i noticed that my car was pulling hard to the right. i thought nothing of it until i arrived home got out the car looked at my tire and to my horror it was flat as a board. i put some air in it last night, it was fine when i left for work this morning. do i have a slow leak or just a bad tire?

Do you think that various scientific principles are violated and even downgraded by the official 'explanation' of the tragic events of 9/11/2001 ? For example, in matters such as planes entering steel framed buildings, tower collapses, the apparent speeds of planes at low altitude, etc etc. ? That we have been, in fact, presiding over Mickey Mouse style 'explanations' which have undermined real respect for scientific principles ?

Let us say, for example, two thirds of Americans decided to make America 100% Christian run.In other words, every law and every decision and every facet of life in America would have to be in agreement with the Bible and approved by whatever church was granted the authority to oversee the interpretation and implementation of scripture.Chances are good that the following would happen that man Christians would approve:
1.Science, with emphasis on theory and especially with emphasis on evolution would be banned unless it agreed with scripture.
2.Gay marriage and homosexuality would be banned nation wide
3.The FCC would be replaced by a council of priests or ministers who would censor anything they found offensive
4.Other religions such as Paganism would mostly likely be banned
These four are just for starters...
1 would end the era of knowledge
2 would create a whole new wave of human injustice in the name of righteousness
3 would end the age of free speech
4 could start the fire

Or the death of children, even the unborn? Then why do they denie them health care that could keep the ones alive that are already here?
They do not care about children. But to sound religious they have to be against something we can all agree on.
Since it affects so few voters. I mean how many unwed mothers who would have an abortion vote?
So how do they show they care about children by denieing them health care? Or letting uninsured people die with cancer because they cannot afford the treatments to enable them to live? Is being against abortion enough to make them the religous right?

I'm working on a 1972 International model 1100 Eight pickup truck and can't seem to find a price for it in todays market. I've looked on every automotive web-site I can think of, but they have every make except International. I'm trying to get an insurance quote over the internet and I really need this. I paid $400 for the truck itself and about the same for new parts. The guy who owned this truck before me said it was originally a one ton pickup, but the bed was switched out with a three ton. I know I have to add the price of the new parts, but all I want is an approximate base price. I'll take any advice, web-site, or anything else relevant to my needs.
