Which is more dangerous to America: Muslim fanatics or Christian fanatics?

They live here and want to change americans who are not like them, most of the muslims live 1/2 around the world and only want us to leave them alone

Fanatics are always frightening, but rarely dangerous. Most people are relatively moderate and sensible.
Where fanatics gain traction (and sometimes even leadership positions) are in areas, nations, or political/economic climates where there's a lot of poverty, suffering, and humiliation.
This is why you see them in the Deep South - it's still an underdeveloped, frequently impoverished area; you see them in 3rd World countries because of the aching poverty & devastating wars; we've seen them in Nazi Gremany, Stalinist Russia, and Depression era America (think Huey Long, Joe McCarthy, Father Coughlin) for much of the same reasons.
Poverty, blight, war, famine - these are where fanatics of all political and religious stripes flourish, like weeds thriving in a fallow or rotted field.
Religious fanatics are, in general, dangerous to an equivalent degree; they're at their most dangerouswhen the social fabric of a nation is strained or tearing apart. The best weapons against them are a legitimate democratic government with a rule of law, and a prospering economy with an educated middle class (ie, western style democracy & capitalism).

Since Muslim fanatics believe everyone who doesn't believe what they believe must die, I would have to say Muslims.

But any fanatics are dangerous, because they are so extreme. The number of Christian fanatics is far less than Muslims

Any type of fanaticism is odious....but between the two you have cited.....I would have to say "Muslim Fanatics" WHY?
Muslim fanaticism has as its goal the complete, even violent, destruction of those that disagree with them where as Christian fanaticism is just irritating. They only want to "save" you. ( lived in the south over 20 years...I simply tell Christian fanatics to get lost.....try that with a Muslim fanatic)

Dangerous to America? You pit the Muslim against the Christian, then you mention the South. So; you alone encountered groups which you fear and you want all of America to fear them to. That sounds like a " Red" statement.

well lars, i am sure this is a christain bashing statement more than a question, but here goes. i live in the south and am not sure if you are speaking of a particular incident or are just generalizing for effect. name the last time a christain blew up a market place full of people. blew up a marine barracks. blew a hole in a military ship. blew up the WTC. twice. fired rockets on a daily basis into civilian areas. stoned to death someone who was not a christain of converted from. banned women from learning. so see how ignorant, not stupid, your "question" is. granted a few abortion clinics have been targeted by radicals but they are not and never have been the face of christainity. and as far as bashing the south. that is stupid. please consider the validity of your question before you post, intentionally setting out ot be mean is wrong and you should be part of the solution and not the problem. A Muslim fanatic would like to kill you for not embracing Islam, while a Christian fanatic will just get on your case to convert you to Christianity.

dangerous to whom? christian fanatics are more dangerous to women who want to make choices about their own bodies, people who want to have sex privately, people who want the end of life to be a private, family decision, people who want the freedom of religion that the constitution promises.
islamic fanatics are really not all that dangerous to us in the US, on a daily basis.
