is anyone elses not working, i keep getting a message saying i cannot rate, i cannot give the thumbs up or down, does anyone else have this problem?

Bluebell, Afro, Whips, sometimes it's ok, and sometimes it goes all weird on me, getting sick of it now....tonight i cannot use it.....
