While tank is filling there is a sporadic hissing like noise that is sometimes soft and sometimes louder. Noise stops when tank is filled..Thank you for any help.

I've been kind of a blabber mouth about my marriage to my family, which has given them a bad opinion of my husband. I know that it was wrong, and I'm sure at times, I exaggerated. But the base of all the stories was true. Anyway, my dad hasn't spoken to me in 3 months, and my mom and siblings are decent to him. Last night, my husband told me that we shouldn't go to x-mas at my dad's, and he wants me to fix things with the other family members. I'm so lost! My dad has lukemia, I don't want to miss the last x-mas w/him. And I don't know how to go about fixing what I did! HELP!!

I have tendonitus in my left thumb. This is my writing hand. In the past I have recieved steroid shots for pain but now it is back. Are there stretches and exercises I can do to deal with the pain? Are there things I can do to lesson the effects? I am not in a position to get another shot till December.

When I turn my comp on, it jumps straight to the black screen then indicates "Strike F1 to restart boot or F2 for set up utility". F1 takes me in circles and F2 takes me to the set up screen. The last thing I remember doing was downloading a system cleaner to remove all unneeded stuff on the PC since I bought the pc from a friend 2 mos prior. Im running XP and have removed the battary and re-booted. Nothing is working. How do I get this one cleared before I take it to a tech? I do not have the CD restore so I cant do that. Any help would be appriciated.

The Discovery Times channel airs promos for a show called "What Happened When" airing Wednesdays @ 9 PM. The listings on the Discovery Times website and on my Cox cable DVR show a listing for "Saving Ronald Reagan" this Wednesday @ 9 PM. I'm guessing the attempted Reagan assassination is the topic of this week's episode of "What Happened When".

Why would Discovery Times promote a show with a title by which it is not listed?

I have seen these "audio spotlights" around..

They amplify sound in a single direction like a laser, now you could point this to someone sitting on a park bench from 60 ft away, and people sitting next to this person would never hear it...

could you then claim to be god, or the devil, or an angel, and convince this person to do things using such an authority?
