Had this large Decal on her back window on her SUV. Today, I noticed it was gone and she has a "The war in Iraq is wrong". Should I ask why she changed her mind?

I would think that any parent who had a decal stating their son/daughter was serving would not take it if based on a thought change so I think this is you just trying to stir things up again. Maybe, if it actually happened, she was tired of people (meaning you) saying negative things about her son or herself and was trying to stop the harassment. Since her sticker wasn't a political statement, didn't say she supported it just her son was there, why would her "change of opinion" about the conflict cause her remove it? I know people that believe as you do don't harass people because my mother never received the numerous phone calls she received when I was in Vietnam saying how I was a killer and they hoped I died there either according to you and some others here that didn't happen either so my mother lied to me about that when she told me years later about it.

Yes, you should ask her. Instead of asking us.

And you know, saying her son was serving in Iraq doesn't imply she supported the war, just that her son was over there. Personally, I'd be against any war my child was in. Wouldn't mean I didn't love my child and want to win the war though. If her son was in the Army when it started, he didn't have a choice to go or not.

Go ahead and ask, if she is willing to broadcast she should expect questions. Maybe her son has been injured and now she is just mad about it! It's the risk these guys/gals took when they enlisted, they knew there was a war. My son enlisted and knew it was wartime, more power to them!

Maybe someone tore the first one off and replaced it with the other decal without her permission.

Maybe her son came home, or was wounded or killed....ask her , I"m sure if she;s willing to post her opinion publicly she wont mind being asked about it either.

Dude **** is getting tough over there... and she is probably upset that her son is still over there. If I was his father I would be as well. Either that or her son pissed her off, but who knows.

...wow...the recent "successes" of the Ron Paul Marching Spam and Chowder Society has really brought some of the "old-timers" out of the woodwork...

Is there a clinical term for "spam-envy...?"

Since your arguments, or rants, are based on the moral high road, shouldn't you stop lying so much?
