I once slammed the door shut with the lock on to find the keys were still inside. i was 2 minutes from the local police station so i went in and asked for help. Believe it or not they handed me a huge bunch of keys and said try them then come back. I opened the door easily with one of them........ I know now we have the little warning alarm in our cars to remind us about such things..... Good job!

I'm renting the lower floor of a house as a studio for 3 months (just 3 weeks left). My land lord has a $1000 deposit that i dont think im going to get back in full.

The main chunk is over changes in a water bill. Somehow her waterbill has increased $260 which she claims is from filling the hot tub twice. But according to the utilities website water costs less than $10 for 1000 gallons which is probably how much irregular water was used, this includes sewage fees too!!)

I pointed this out to her and instead of discussing it she threatened to charge extra for having had a guest over for a week ($50/day).

If she wont give the money back what are my options? Also, what if i just refuse to move out as a way to recover the deposit?

with a sense of humor. I have very dear Greek friends from Astoria - recently bought a camp up here in the Adirondacks. Well, to celebrate, they and 3 other Greek couples came up and spent the weekend (yep, cooking lamb in the yard) & singing and dancing. What is the name of that dance? What a time we had! Well, as a present I would like to make up an 8x10 framed poster to hang on the door. Would appreciate if someone could type up in Greek the following (in as big a font as u can so I can copy and enlarge it, centered if that's possible)

I have recently received a wonderful print of a painting from Bob Byerley as a birthday present. He is considered the modern day Norman Rockwell. I just love his paintings.

I wanted to know how or what kind of lighting can I buy to put over it to help with the soft highlights of showing it off? I bought a slim light to put above it, but it shows off the reflection of the light bulbs in the lighting. I really do not have the money to hire an electrician to try to put them on the cathedral ceiling to shine down. What is the best and cheapest way to highlight my print painting that is framed in glass without having the lightbulb relflected in the glass?

i'm not sure how old i was probably about4-5yrs old, sundays in our house, we all got to sleep in before we went off to sunday school, though i think that was more because it was a conveinient baby sitter, sunday roast lamb for lunch,usually with other family members and afternnoon playing with cousins, then shine shoes for school next day, bath, disneyland with a 6d. Not long ago near my house, there was a ***** who gave birth to five puppies. They live under the car (because they are stray dogs) Two of my friend say that they want to rear the puppies. One of them rear two puppies and another one, named Angus rear three puppies! But after one day, my friend who rear the two puppies, want to abondon the two puppies that he rear, he gave the puppies to Angus. Angus father own a pet shop. Angus sell all the puppies except one, he rear that one. He sell for RM100 each! My neighbour saw Angus's father shop sell the puppies and they scold me for being cruel because its me the one who take those puppies to my friend!
I'm so sad and embarass... what should i do??

A lady declined my invitation for a date and so I said OK its not an issue. She told me to forget the issue. I took her response of face value thinking we're both in our 30's so we should be ok to move on as I only asked casually on one occassion.

Anyway several months afterwards I realised she was avoiding me and then she blew up at me for no reason. I hadn't pursued her and nor had she seen me to pick up on any body language. Her actions can only stem from the earlier as nothing else happened in between.

Why hadn't she moved on when she said to forget the issue? Why can't she forget about it?
