oh I hear you on that one, I'm having one of those days right now!

1. I booked 4 days off work and have a cold (nice) so I feel rubbish

2. I woke up this morning and I have 5 yellow heads! (only tiny ones, but 5?! ugh)

3. My hair needs washing and I can't be bothered

4. My eyebrows are unruly

:(

Ugghhhhhhh! I know the feeling. It's awful huh especially that time of the month but we persevere, right? I'm having one of those days today. My hair doesn't like the freezing cold weather and neither does my skin. Ugghhhh!!! Nevermind, we'll be OK =)

One good thing I am losing weight (lost over a stone and I've only got a few more pounds to drop now )and need new clothes but the downside is, is that I need to spend money =(

Probably because what we conceive as being beautiful takes way too much work and we're tired. We all have those days because we're just human. We don't always feel like going through all the trouble of making ourselves look the way we think we should. It's like "unknown" said, you're just FEELING ugly, it'll pass. Just grab a bag of Cheetos and sit on the couch and give yourself a rest, you'll feel better tomorrow.

I never really have days like that, but perhaps that's because I don't really have that many standards to how I look when I go out. As long as my face and hands are clean, my hair tidy, I don't smell and I am dressed neatly then I'm not too bothered.

But I have a friend you always seems to have "ugly" days and that's more to do with her expectations of what she should be looking like.

Yeah tell me about it, I guess it separates us from our usual pristine days. its usually for me the first day of the period, just want to stay in bed (because I look like i have just got out of it, hiding my greasy hair (that I only washed yesterday!!) and that spot on my chin (that appeared overnight). Also have you noticed on these trampy days its always when your best clothes are in laundry and you wear something that isnt your best item out the wardrobe.

Because we are human! Don't worry about it, everyone has them, but the best thing to do is just to smile more. Then you always look 10 times better!

Remember just because you think you look ugly doesn't mean that everyone else will!

Because if every day were beautiful we would soon lose our greatfulness for beauty, beauty would be normal. Nothing would be beautiful. With the following comes boredome, and exploration which lead to drugs, prison, death, and bitterness.

I know what you mean - I'm giving myself a break from the hair straigheners, but I'm not sure why my skin has to be BLOTCHY as well. I feel horrible!!!
