FIRST tell me the os ,it seems like winxp to me and i answer accordingly ...
if its a bios password then removing it by taking out the bios jumper and fixing it back will solve the problem.
if its user account(administrator ) password then i must say that it would not be easy u have to get abootable cd/fd and boot through it and then overrite the exsisting SAm files .....better call a professional and the last and final solution fill be formating the HDD and installing os again.......

If the computer came with Windows already installed, normally the administrator password is left blank.
Boot the computer into Safe Mode (turn it on and repeatedly press the F8 key until you get a screen with the safe Mode option. It will prompt you for id and password. Use "administrator" for the id. Leave the password blank. This should let you get into the computer.
Once there, you should be able to go to the Control Panel and the User icon and reset the password for your regular account.

For the sake of my sanity I will assume that you are saying that you set a BIOS password.
If this is so, then open up the case and pull the BIOS battery off the motherboard. Also look for a jumper on the motherboard that says Clear CMOS. Set it to clear and then put it back. Replace the battery and then start the computer.
Make sure the computer is completely powered down when you do this.

do you still have the administrator password? If you do , you can just reset any password. Its kind of complex. Open up the control panel, and go to user accounts, then just change the password.
