I'm helping a coworker put together her wedding in April. The colors she's picked are Ivory/Champagne, Gold, and Black. We have the invitations more or less figured out. I'm just trying to help her come up with favors and centerpieces that are fairly inexpensive. She wants it to be classy, simple, and elegant without breaking the bank.

Any ideas would be much appreciated!

I have a tank of 4 betta fish 1 male and 3 females, I bought them monday and cleaned the tank friday, i noticed the water was a little blurry but i couldnt figure out why....well Saturday came i woke up fed them and by the afternoon 1 of the females were dead....and the others seem fine, but im a little worried i did something wrong....could i be over feeding them? but also when i got them (my sister bought them for me) she only added the Betta Plus treatment , and this time i put in the fish bowl cleaner with it (it comes in the package with the betta plus).....and when i got it my sister but to little chemicals for the size tank we have ...which is 5 litres and this time i added the recommended amount.....could the chemical change kill them!?

....im really worried...i dont want them to die

Well, I received a wardrobe from a neighbor who moved away to another country. However, my dad said he doesn't want to use it because he's afraid there might be diseases or something in the wardrobe. He said something about "something that irritates the skin" ...because we don't know if the owner had anything like that. Is there a way to kill any bacteria or something in the wardrobe? Or are we just thinking too much? Haha, anyways, thanks.

theres been a few questions about fireworks going off tonight and some of you seem confused as to why.every year round this time in england we celebrate bonfire night because a couple of hundred years ago guy fawkes failed to blow up parliament why we celebrate that i dont know but there you go hope that clears it up for you feel free to make comments it is supposed to be a question after all.

everyone whenever i meet them and people i already know the first thing they say to me is "oh you're Ashley's sister aren't you?" and i always get referred to as "Ashley's little sister" and not my name except my best best friends and teachers. Everyone's always like "why aren't you like your older sister?"
I'm quiet and shy and my older sister is loud and flashy and everyone likes her and not me (i know i sound jealous i can't help it) and all i hear is "oh how come you're not like her. you're sisters" and i get compared with her all the time.
my parents don't directly compare us but whenever i do something their always like "ashley did this...but ashley did that?"
i'm getting so depressed i feel like nobody wants me but only wants me to be a copy of my older sister...how come no one likes me?

*sometimes i get so down i think about suicide (seriously) and what would be the coolest way to go because i feel no one cares*

First off, I'm in my early 30's. Met a guy at a coffee shop; we hit it off - ended up talking for two hours - it was so comfy I felt like I was talking to my best bud. This doesn't happen much for 30 yo's, especially being TOTALLY MUTUALLY attracted to eachother. Well, we set a late date cuz we wanted to see eachother even tho we had other plans that were already set. My plans involved playing poker with my girls and drinking. By the time he got to my place, I had more to drink than I realized. We had a great time but 2 good of time (we stopped at sleeping 2gether) I called the next day saying how humiliated & sorry I was & he said he couldn't pursue the relationship because of what happened. And that he couldn't start from the beginning after so much had already happened. Told me how gorgeous I was & it was a hard decision but he just wasn't that kinda man. I wanna write him an email tellin him please gimme a 2nd chance and we could pretend nothing happened.....WHAT DO I DO?

I know this sounds like a strange question, but I was sort of prompted to ask it when I recently saw a movie in which there was an expensive gigolo who provided his services to rich, elderly women. I would imagine that female prostitutes are able to provide their services, because they don't have to be sexually aroused to perform. However, I would imagine that men have to be aroused in order to get and sustain an erection and be able to perform. I can't imagine how gigolos must be able to become erect if they have to provide their services to women they may perhaps find repulsive. Does anyone know?

I lost my grandpa in 2001 on October 25.And this year I lost my uncle on the June 28,2007.I sometimes feel like no one understands me.I also feel like I can never get over either of their deaths.I have lost other family members, but these are the two I was closetest to, besides my mom,dad,and sis.who are still alive.Can anyone relate to me?I know this was probably a stupid thing to put on Yahoo!Answers, but I know that there is someone else out there who feels the same way.(Or at least I think.)Please no rude answers

This pisses me off Michigan and USC bost lost to Oregon. Michigan was kicked off all the way out of the top 25 after a loss to Appalachie State. USC had THE biggest upset pulled up against them after Stanford beat them. After a loss to Appalachian State a team who is trying to go for a three peat and Stanford who is trying to win three games? How did Michigan possibly fall farther than USC?
I am not sure that was fair but I can't do anything about it now.

Appalachie State- 30 point underdog

Stanford- 42 or 47 underdog??

It is about a 16 year old girl who is surrounded by her four perfect and popular siblings. While on a business trip, her mom elopes to a guy she just met and him and his 2 kids come move in with them. The families hate each other and their is strong competition between them. The book shows the main character that through the struggles her family goes through, her family isn't so perfect and she is more normal than she thought. In the end, blah blah blah the families bind as one and figure out that they don't hate each other as much as they thought. What would be a good title?

she is coming home with these symptoms. a swollen abdomen as if 9 mo pregnant, severe pain, no appetite, hepatitus. the stomach area was partially drained 2 wks ago but immediately refilled. the dr will not drain again and she is a candidate for liver transplant. what can i expect and do you suppose she has come to die, in the near future
