The best advice I have for you is to buy an air popcorn popper ( the are really fairly cheap-check target) and use the plain popcorn kernals to make popcorn. Unless you add the butter or salt there is none-the popper requires no oil to use it. I love popcorn and this is the healthiest way i can eat it. Happy eating!

Popcorn does not include any of those things; that would be in the form of additives. So, just buy a bag of popcorn and pop it yourself.
An air popper works great; no oil needed. Of course, you could add oleo to suit your tastes and requirements.
