I know this sounds like a strange question, but I was sort of prompted to ask it when I recently saw a movie in which there was an expensive gigolo who provided his services to rich, elderly women. I would imagine that female prostitutes are able to provide their services, because they don't have to be sexually aroused to perform. However, I would imagine that men have to be aroused in order to get and sustain an erection and be able to perform. I can't imagine how gigolos must be able to become erect if they have to provide their services to women they may perhaps find repulsive. Does anyone know?

Believe it or not, there are many males who don't find any woman too repulsive to have sex with. Gigolos more often are used as escorts on outings, so they have plenty of non-sexual activity time, as well....and some guys just get turned on by money.
