My laptop runs on a Core 2 Duo Procressor T5250 at 1.5GHz. What is the highest I can go gaming wise? I wanted to buy Oblivion, The Witcher and a few other games, but I was worried it would be too slow.

Jeremiah 7:18 that says "The children gather wood, and the fathers kindle the fire, and the women knead their dough, to make cakes to the queen of heaven, and to pour out drink offerings unto other gods, that they may provoke me to anger."



God said that it provoked Him to anger, yet the Catholics still pray to and worship mother Mary who they call the queen of heaven.


How do you Catholics justify doing this?

I live in a house where no one cares for me. I am not old enough to move out but I can not live here anymore. i am in a situation where i am the most helpful but the least valued, and i have no friends because of the clothes i have to wear. I want to be adopted but don't know how to go about it. What can i do?

My xbox 360 has been acting up recently. It will randomly freeze right in the middle of a game. I think it might be becuase it is overheating. However i have the system vertical and not in a corner. I checked the back of the system and the two plates are not aligned one is slightly higher than the other in the middle where the air is pumped out. Are all 360s like this or could this be cuasing my system to freeze?

liberals. You know the type of hate mail and lies that circulate the internet. The problem is that we are liberals. My son-in-law is in the military and he and my daughters are also liberals.

This sister in law recently sent them (my daughter & husband) some nonesense posting about how liberals are betraying the military, undermining the troops and aiding terrorists! Yes, she sent that to a liberal, military family.

My daughter was so mad, she didn't know what to do. My problem is that my family has been through quite a bit of hell over this war, and these hate mails really hurt and add unnecessary stress to an already difficult situation.

Now she, and all my husband's family, are begging us to come to a get together and I just don't feel comfortable going. I don't know if she's being intentionally cruel and hurtful, but I can't just not say anything anymore . I don't want to confront her at the reunions and ruin it.

It is ok that I just not attend?

When I went to court i signed a payment agreement they said their was no other way. However, the insurance says that they cannot get more than the allowable amt under contract and that I owe nothing. They also mentioned this to the lawyer for the anesthesia co. Now I don't know what to do. They still want payment and are seeking it from me even after insurance informed lawyer of contract agreement with his client.

I have been with my fiance for 3 years. We have 3 children. I have one from a previous and he has twins from a previous. We have a great family and happy kids.......most of the time. When we argue or get in a fight about even the most trivial and stupid things my fiance says VERY hurtful things to me. He will say he's cheated on me, or is cheating, or that he doesn't love me, or doesn't care if I leave or stay. When the fight is over he says he just says those things to hurt me, ecause it's the only way he can get to me and that of course none of it is true and I should know that he doesn't mean it. It hurts a lot I feel like my heart is broken repeatedly and I would do anyhting for him to stop acting out that way. I have left him about 4 times and every time I leave he begs me to come back and says he can't live without me and he loves me, buys me flowers he goes all out...but after a little while it goes back to the same old same old.

I just got a cockatiel from someone that didn't want him. They didn't spend any time with him or didn't know how old he was. He will bite really hard, and he won't let me get him out unless I grab him. But I have to put thick gloves on to even touch him. He also hisses at me and when I try to hold him, he will try to fly. I did clip his wings though. Will he ever get tame or is it too late? What can i do to tame him? Should I wait a while to mess with him since he is in a new place? Does he need a friend maybe? Should I let him live at my grandparents' house with their 2 cockatiels until he gets better?

I have some music gear that has good resale value; I can probably sell it and get almost what I paid for it. At this point I am unable to write these expenses off (a couple grand) because the government would consider it more of a hobby than a business.

Should I sell this gear and then buy it later after I'm able to say my band is a business? Or should I bite the bullet and keep it?

I also understand I'm also able to write-off gear year after year that I had bought in previous years. I can't remember the term for this, but how much would I be able to write off under this clause?

Advice to help me a poor student save some bucks is appreciated!
