Because it is so hard to separate the facts from the religious crap. that i dont know whats really going on.
Will the earth get knocked off its axis?
Will the sun change its axis?
What planets will really align in 2012. Venus,Mercury,saturn.
What happens when the suns new 24th 'sun spot' change thing happens?
And just basically what will happen 2012 comes threw?
Will the maya calender really end, or a new cycle of sorts starts?
If it does end, Why?
What does NASA and the GOVERNMENT(s) think of this?

What does Nostradamus really predict about 2012?, and not what the media is hyping up about it.

I have a question, last year purchas a panasonic sa ht30 is a sourround system in a box, however the dvd player only throws 480p (i) being that is not an HDDVD player, but I jus purchase a HDDVD player that I would like to use with my current speakers but the cable that sends the sound to the speakers connets on my DVD player, the amp is built in the subwoofer, is there anything I can buy that will traslate the sound from the new HDDVD to my current speakers? i woul hate to buy new one

have been to dealership 5 x, can't "duplicate" the problem although an employee was in the vehicle once when it happened. This is dangerous pulling into traffic etc.

Activity of the purified enzyme
ΔAbs /min of 0.538
[got if from the spec with 400nm]
From Beer-Lambert Law A= εcl;
0.538=18300c ∴ c= 0.0000294 mol/l =0.0294mmol/l =0.0294umol/ml
The cuvette volume was 4mls
∴ 0.1ml AP transformed 0.1176umol pNPP per min
∴ 1ml AP 1.176 umol pNPP per min.
∴ the activity of the enzyme is 1.176 IU/ml enzyme.
Activity of the crude enzyme
ΔAbs /min of 0.320
A= εcl → 0.320=18300c ∴c=0.0000175 mol/l = 0.0175mmol/l=0.0175umol/ml
The cuvette volume was 4mls
∴ 0.1ml of crude enzyme transformed 0.07umol pNNP per min
∴ 1ml of crude enzyme 0.7umol pNPP per min
∴ the activity of the enzyme is 0.7 IU/ml enzyme



protein conc for crude is 13.6mg/ml
protein conc for purified is 0.05mg/ml

i dnt know if i need to use those protein conc figures!!
