We Are Making Terrorists Faster Than We Can Kill Them!!!
I'm not at all surprised.
On Edit: I am surprised by the amount of responders who think water-boarding does not constitute as "torture"... What the heck?
THE TORTURE MYTH:
"...In his experience, nine out of 10 people can be persuaded to talk with no "stress methods" at all, let alone cruel and unusual ones. Asked whether that would be true of religiously motivated fanatics, he says that the "batting average" might be lower: "perhaps six out of ten." And if you beat up the remaining four? "They'll just tell you anything to get you to stop."

WHY TORTURE DOES NOT WORK... "THEY WILL TELL YOU ANYTHING FOR IT TO STOP; MOST OFTEN IT IS UNRELIABLE INFORMATION.":

Would you be so kind to rephrase your question. In order to point out a difference one should need at least two slightly different things, right? Here, you are talking about the same thing using two names (and I must admit, 60 years time span).

You know, Sean Hannity says this. If there was a bomb planted in one of the US city's and we thought this guy could tell us the location of the bomb if we we used an information exacting technique, would you rather let the bomb go of off and let millions of people get killed... Or would you let a guy feel like he was drowning for a couple of seconds to get the info???

I support President Bush. I think I smell a liberal here. I am not opposed to torture if it is necessary to get vital information from terrorists. The notion that we should be above torture is just plain nonsense.

So where is the list approved by Bush...
I see. So your saying that Bush uses this as a standard?
I don't think so. A little much as he has little to do with actual technique in application I'm sure.
What extremes Libs will go too.
