The outside party are my two uncles. They were left out of their parent's trust/will. They thought they were each getting a home. Instead, one home is going to a grandson and the other is going to a great-granddaughter. Initially when my grandparents created their trust in 1992, both of my uncles were getting a home. But then an amendment in 1994 removed one uncle and another in 2002 removed the other uncle as beneficiaries to these two homes. My grandfather passed away in '95 and my grandmother just passed away two weeks ago. Our family lawyer sent out a copy of the will to everybody. They are unhappy, but again, are not beneficiaries in the most recent trust/will from 2002. Do they have any right to contest or can they even contest?

im looking for a more effective way, it seems as if they just keep getting thicker. i usually only get the bottom part of my eyebrow waxed but the top of them get too tall sometimes and i have to get it waxed too. i just hate how red i am afterword and am looking for better solutions for this problem. any ideas?

My best friend is having a baby boy...Her name is Lakeyshia(Keyshia for short) and her husbands name is Darrius. They have two daughters named Karmen 2yr and Kassie 10mths which I named..but now she wants me to come up with a middle name for her son whom shes gonna name Darrius...after her husbands first name but not his whole name she doesnt like. I purchasesd a house in Tacoma, WA back in May 2006 for $171k. I currently owe $168k. Based on the online appraisal my house is worth between $175k and $190k. I want to add a two car garage and do some home improvements for about $50,000. My equity is far short of the sum needed. Is there a way to do a new mortgage (with interest rates dropping) to include the price of the home improvements into the house? If there is could you please elaborate. Thank you in advance.

Hi, I am an Indian guy studying in USA. I am 26 yrs old. About a year and half ago I met this girl on orkut who also happens to be my school mate. Now we have been dating on internet, phone for that time.

When I showed her pictures to my family, they said you can get a better girl than this. Since we are of the same age, Recently her mom forced her to get commitment from me. Now I can't go back to india at least for a year.

I was at some kinda haunted house thing yesterday... And there was this quadraplegic with a body paralyzed from the neck down and he was like 20ish and his mom dressed him up a donatello from teenage mutant ninja turtles and he had like green camo paint on his face and he had like an assisted breathing machine attached to his wheelchair and i laughed so hard i fell on my slushie and i couldn't breathe for like a good minute or two. His body had like muscle atrophy and they got this clown to come over and wave at him and the clown was like dying of laughter. This loser who seriously, it was a 18+ haunted house thing to go to had this HUGE booth that said "MAGIC TRICKS" and i felt kinda sorry for him because seriously... I see him at toronto conventions with NO ONE looking at his stuff. But the clowns like chuckling and dude... He was all crooked and in a wheel chair dressed like DONATELLO!!! Am i a bad person? Would you have laughed too? seriously... jesus christ that was the funniest!!
