Yes "D" i do .. i live in an apartment and my neighbours are students at the near by college ...
on fridays its so crazy loud & noisy ....and strong smell of cigarettes ..i mean heavy smoke ..like a chimney...
i think they do all kinds of doings ..i just hate it ...
These are ladies iam taking about.. 2 ladies who share an apartment and are students (Japanese gals)
At times i feel as if i can go spank them and kick there smokey cigarettes mouths ...gadd!! they get to my Nerves ..its so annoying .
Iam on a House hunting , want to get my a House (Buy)...far from Noisy Noisy neighbour hood.
Hate it when pipo cant respect , other pipo's surroundings.
Thx for asking , i will invite you to My New House and not here where iam now ..coz i bet you can kick my Neighbours too.. lol

Actually, I am the noisy neighbor.
Yeah, I'm in a band which frequently reherses at my house.
But you know what they say, man, when the neighbors complain about the noise, turn it up until they move away, right?
Nah, my neighbors are just really obnoxious and stuck up and perfectionists and they scare me.

I have two girls on the end right of me that are college students they have parties thursday thru Saturday.Then there neighbor the one I share walls with is a mother of one also a college student and she plays her (RAP)music 8:30pm-6am.I am afraid to call the police, cause I don't need any trouble.But, when she wakes my 19 month old son up - the 30 week pregnant HULK will tare her up.LOL. But, the oldier lady on my left is nice also w/ a child.But someone stomps up there steps.(that really don't bother me or MOSTLY doesn't bother my son sleeping.)

The people upstairs vacuum at all hours of the night. The other night, I would swear they were running and jumping into the bed until 3 or 4 in the morning. they are up all day and night. Not to mention they are like 20 years older than me. i think that they are tweekers. I hate tweekers....

Oh, Christ do I have noisy neighbors: They fight; their children fight; their dogs fight; their cats fight. It's a real happy household! I'm glad cold weather is coming so I can shut the windows and not hear the constant bickering.

Not now...the lady next to me, the dreaded Rachel, moved out yesterday along with her 3 dogs and cat. The guy above me is dying of lung cancer and still smokes and hacks up a lung now and then. Other than that, all is quiet on the eastern front.

Yeah, i am the noisy neighbour.... apparently playing loud music 11am on a Friday morning is unacceptable? I just have really analyretentive neighbours....

Well I did,,, I sent them a letter and asked them to hold down the music on weekdays after 8pm I also sent them 2 cds with Sergei Rachmaninoff and Eddie Van Halen Solos ...They haven't played them yet but they have dropped the Db down quite a bit..Might try the bribe letter....from the E
