I'm a chocoholic. So I love a Devils' Food Cake, with rich
chocolate, and chocolate frosting or a creamy cherry chip
frosting, if I can find it at the store. You whip it up with a
white powdered sugar and add the cherry chips from a little
package. It is light and fluffy, and melts in your mouth good.
I also love a German Chocolate cake. WIth a shredded co-
conut and chocolate frosting. Luckily we can buy certain
types of cakes at the grocery store, by the slice. And they
are generous slices. So that I can get two servings from
one slice. That's all my hips can stand LOL. If I had an entire
cake, it would call to me every day, until I ate it all, and then
I'd be in bigger trouble than I am now LOL. So an occasional
treat like the single slice is enough for me. Or at least, I
make it so LOL.

Devilsfood cake with some beef gravy on it. It brings back the fresh taste if the cake is getting stale too.

I like German Chocolate Cake, but I can't stand sponge cake. That stuff is nasty.
