Umm, you download all the episodes at your own risk every time you download them anyway. Plus, downloaded manga and anime usually does not do any harm to your computer as long as they are media files instead of some other weird file format. Here are the two sites that provides direct downloads, but you have to sign up for them. As for Anime-Eden, I checked it out. It's a decent site, but it doesn't allow anime download for One Piece for some reason.
