We have a user in our department that wants to convert a lengthy spreadsheet to all UPPERCASE. I know the individual command for each cell =UPPER but is there a way to apply it to the whole document? IF so, I would like to know for her benefit and my knowledge. Thank you in advance

My husband and I really would rather me be at home with our 3 1/2 month old, but we are scared finacially to do so. Any suggestions for be an at home mom or even work pt from home? I would even work two 10/12 hrs days outside home to suppliment income. Suggestions? Advice?

Is our drug education that F-ed in this country???

For example, these are the comments that I see on here that piss me of the most:

1. "Pot will ruin your life!"

2. "What's stronger a percocet 7.5/325 or a 5/500?"

3. "Don't take 2 Vicodin! You'll overdose!!!"

Does anyone know what I mean? Like are people totally buying into the hype or what?

And how come people take prescription drugs that they have absolutely no freaking clue about??? Yet, these same people will claim that you can OD on pot or that it will ruin your life?

Any thoughts?

i have a 1998 honda civic that wont start. Everytime i turn it off, i have to connect jumper cables to turn it back on. It doesnt matter if i just turn if off to go to the store really quick. It will still require jumper cables to start. I put a new alternator and battery. The jumper cables dont even need to be on for a long time. Just connecting them will get it to start. what could be wrong with it?

I have a great job that I love. I have been here for three months and have been told I'm performing very well. However, after taking three pregnancy tests all with positive results I am concerned about how to tell my boss. He's a decent man, but I am worried about his reaction when he assumes my performance will suffer. He is the type of person to make those judgements. For instance, he discriminated against my age when he found out I'm 20 and not 24. He did this by saying that if he'd have known my age prior to hiring me, he wouldn't have. I was reeling in shock to hear such a thing! I know employers discriminate, but it's very hard to prove it in an interview, however, I am wondering if he would be able to fire me? I suffer from generalize anxiety disorder. I've been better for a few months. Today I'm back to my anxiety. It feels like an attack is trying to happen but I'm trying to prevent it with breathing and relaxation. It just won't pass. Would it be better to just have the attack - stop trying to prevent it? Would I feel calmer sooner? or is this a new level of opanic/anxiety?

I have always loaded my pics by hooking my camera to the PC with a USB cable, but when I tried it the other day it wouldn't load the pics. I have tried using a different USB port, a different cable and also a different camera. I still get the same result. The message says that the camera can not be detected......ugh. Everything else that is hooked to my PC with USB cables is working fine. I even tried a system restore and nothing is working. My daughter has a B-day party this weekend and I was going to allow all of the girls to do a digital makeover, but I need to be able to load their pictures to the computer for that to work. Please help. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
