We have a user in our department that wants to convert a lengthy spreadsheet to all UPPERCASE. I know the individual command for each cell =UPPER but is there a way to apply it to the whole document? IF so, I would like to know for her benefit and my knowledge. Thank you in advance

The tutorial:
http://office.microsoft.com/training/training.aspx?AssetID=RP061831431033&CTT=6&Origin=RP061831421033
indicates that if you need to do it to, for example, one full column, you use a SECOND column to "convert" the data from the first column -- you can easily use the copy/paste feature to fill in the entire 2nd column with the function. Then hide the first column. Don't know how many columns you are talking about, but if there are not that many, this might work.
