I am in the market for a lens for me newly purchased DSLR--specifically a Nikon D40X. I don't know that much about lenses or which kinds you need to take certain types of pictures. So I would really like to know just exactly what all those numbers mean. 55-200mm ??? Thanks for all your help!!

I had this dream and it resembles alot like I was in Bournes Ultimatum movie or something but I havent watched action movie in awhile so I dont know what could trigger that dream.

It takes place in different places, first I play poker at my house but it doesnt look like it on the inside. I am some kind of mobster and I kill one of the players with my other mob friends (none of them are friends in real life, I couldnt see faces)
Thats where it begins, I escape the house and see my ex's car parked on other side, I sneak in there and beg her to drive me somewhere safe. I am on the other of town now next to fire department. I see my old friend from waaaay back working there and telling me something, so I escape that place and being chases by swat and some random car that gets crashed and I come up there, brake the window and take the gun from them and run again.
I get to building and its very small there and the only way to escape is to climb very high, so I do and reach the top.

ok here is the thing my hair is naturaly mousy brown i never ever got a boyfriend until i turned 13 and i dyed my hair bleech blonde and wore make-up, i ammiediatly got boys even men looking at me thinking i was 17 18 , i hated the attention somtimes drove me made then i got called dumb alot!..so i dyed my hair dark brown just after my 15th, all the looking stopped i liked it but boys became less interested saying i like blondes..so after a year of beiing brunette i bleeched it back i got the attention back!

but i just want to know why blondes seem more attractive

my mate is the same she loves being blonde but all the attention is too much...she has big boobs aswell and she's aattractive

I rode english for a short while about 6 yrs ago and I want to try it again. I don't know alot about english saddles so I need some help. I am looking on line at a few used ones. All of them are in good condition . One is a Coubette,2 Crosby,2 Stubben, 1 Borelli, 1 Kincade. Can anyone tell me from personal experience which brands are the best and which ones to stay away from? The Courbette is only $89.00. It is older but looks great. Is that a good deal? It has rather large flaps though and my horse is only 13.1 hands. Ok all you english riders...please help! What do I need to look for in an english saddle?(Brand, fitting,style,comfort) I will only be using it for trail riding and maybe lessons but I want something with a good resale value in case I decide not to stick with it.
My mare uses a 6" gullet westen saddle. What size should I look for in english? She 13.1 hands and is not real wide and her withers are average(maybe a little on the low side).

I'm MOSTLY Liberal when it comes to wages and healthcare issues and some economic issues. I think that the Gap between the rich and poor is unjustified and that anyone who works 40 hours a week should at least earn enough to live on regardless of their line of work. Its not right that multi-million/billion corporations don't pay their employees living wages (I don't believe in Welfare as a carreer choice). In my opinion there should be free healthcare for all minors. I don't think that they should be held responsible for their parents lack of health insurance.

When it comes to MOST moral issues though, I am a Conservative. I am vehimately pro-life and am against gay marriage. Its none of my business (nor should it be) if someone is a homosexual though. However, I don't believe that drug addicts should be sent to Prison. I think that they should be treated instead of incarcerated.

What do you believe?

What is more important to you? Being able to eat whatever you want or being thin and attractive? If you could choose to be always be moderately overweight but eat anything you want or to be the perfect thin weight but have to always exercise and diet, what would you choose?

My bf and I recently broke up. He's 24, I'm 23. The Dean of our law school got involved because we had a loud fight outdoors. She's made both of sign a promise that we won't speak for a year. I really can't imagine not speaking to the person who was my best friend for an entire year. I feel that what the Dean is making us do is ridiculous and pointless. At any rate, I have to comply. How can I not speak to someone I love, care about, and see in class everyday?

I need help with an accent color (or maybe 2) for my living room...I just remodeled a house and moved in about 2 months ago and I'm still in the middle of decorating. The walls in my living room are sage green, the trim is white, I have cherry hardwood floors, my furniture is a real deep chocolate brown, and my end tables and coffee table are deep brown but the corners of them are marble (the marble is different colors of brown)...I need to know a good accent color that will somewhat BRIGHTEN up my living room because the room just looks too boring and dark for me...maybe like a rug and a good piece of artwork will do the job (because I have nothing on the walls yet), and some throw pillows on my couch and loveseat...I just don't know what colors would go good with sage green and brown! Please help!!! Thanks in advance =)

My fiancee's ex husband recently lost his cell phone. He has 50% custody of their daughter. Now, he says that he won't have a phone until next week. Well, he lives 45 minutes away from us in a rural area. He has cerebral palsy, so if his daughter hurt herself, it's not like he can run out to a neighbor. What is the law? Does he need to have a phone? Can my girlfriend refuse to let him have his daughter until he gets a phone. We live in California. Oh, by the way, this morning, my gf got a call from the school saying that her daughter was absent. She can't get a hold of her ex, and if he doesn't call within the next hour, we are both going to drive down to his place. Please ADVICE ANYONE!

Just about 2 weeks ago my girlfriend left me. Since then I've been feeling lost and empty. I miss her so much and i want her back. And there was a time when i did actually feel like the luckiest guy in world to have her. We've been dating since the middle of summer and just being with her were the best times of my life. There was one problem though, we never really talked. We lacked communication, and i know that communication is the key to a good relationship. One thing lead to another and it seemed like she eventually became uncomfortable and bored with me. She insists that we stay friends and just move on. Her minds on different things now. I really don't know what to do anymore and since then I've been crying every other day. I really love her. I want to approach her and talk to her about this. I want to be that one guy for her. Ok...4 years ago I met this guy! He was just someone that hungout with my friends no big deal right.

Well one night I got kinda intoxicated and kissed him and told all these things. After that we didnt really talk much.

Then I went out without with his best friend. We still really didn't talk much...until I cheated on my boyfriend at the time with him. Who was his best friend! So as you can assume I broke up with my b/f...to go hook up with the other guy. When I did this...he already hooked up with one my good friends...

Fast Forward to now.

I was still friends with him thru all this. Until I notice his girlfriend was cheating on him with my ex b/f(his bestfriend). Of course I told him...he broke up with her!

Now this is what I dont get...I started dating him...but everyone thinks I'm like this big time homewrecker! He had like 300 reasons why to break up with her and her cheating was just the icing for the cake!

So am I a homewrecker?
