This is a serious question and I truly want to listen to what you have to say. I have noticed that a LOT of Atheists in this forum claim to be former Christians.

#1) If you WERE a Christian what happened to change your beliefs?
#2} If you are an Atheist, did you grow up in an Atheist home?
#3) I understand that people are passionate about their beliefs, and no one wants to have religion shoved in their face, but why do so many people in this forum seems to HATE Christians???

Im in the 6th grade at a school called westrocks i have a spanish techer named ms,osses and i think she really hates me im usually late to class dont do my homework or class work but the only reason i dont do that stuff is because i hate her because is not like i dont understand what we are learning spanish is my first lenguage i wanna do something to stop this o yea i kindda hate her back =p

We are traveling to Vegas the last week of January. We are definately going to see Blue Man Group. What are some good shows to see that are more reasonably priced? We are looking for your actual opinions, not what you saw on another website. I know what the websites say. We are up for anything, be it music, magic, comedy, whatever. As far as the food goes, neither of us like seafood, so we are looking for anything but that, either good buffets or sit down places. We are not looking for the most expensive, just good for a decent price. We are both in our early 30s, and staying at Circus Circus from 1/28-2/1. Thanks in advance for all of the great info!

What is the difference between sending a terror suspect to another country who might torture him and sending a gangster to threaten a KKK member with death to get him to reveal where the victims were buried? I got notice from Social Security today that I was overpaid in 2006. Now, they want their money back. Within 30 days. Over 6 grand.

Wow! What a hit to the solar plexis! "We made a mistake, so pay it back. Right now."
If I don't pay it, they will simply stop sending me any checks for the next 7 months.

I am not good with finances. But my husband is. And we have an accountant who makes out our tax forms every year. And then, there's the SS office itself who helped me get my benefits started. Don't you think one of them would have noticed that a mistake had been made?

I've been sick over this all day. How can the folks who run SS sleep at night? They sure know how to hurt.

Now, my question... we sold our home and made about $75,000 profit this year. We are now both over 65. Will SS come at us again next year, to make me pay back what they paid me this year, because of this income? If they do, we won't be able to survive. All we will have to live on is our SS

I recently got a ticket and while looking into it I found that the person that wrote the ticket put down wrong info. I do know that the only way to void a ticket is if its a major error, When I was looking for resource it did say that if the model, color, or year of the car was wrong on the ticket i do have the right to get it void, is this right?

I live in an apartment complex and there's a mexican that lives next door to me and frequently has friends over. He's constantly playing music with lots of bass and the rumble really gets on my nerves. I complained to office about 20 times at least, called the police about 5 times, and it has gotten somewhat better, but not much. I can't afford to move and it's bothering me so much i'm considering going to office once more and telling them that if they don't do something I will take matters into my own hands and leave it open for their imagination or maybe slashing his tires or breaking one of his windows to make him paranoid that someone tried to break into his apartment and maybe hell move. Any suggestions??
