I say its a guys nature to look at other girls. If he didn't i would worry about him. I know me and my girl go through this topic all the time. If u want him to notice u try changing something about yourself that he will notice like your hair or something you wear things like that. Also have u asked this ? before. Talk to him and seek out his desires and wants and he should do the same to you. Thats all i have!
