No he should not be sentenced to death, but you must remember this has happened in Iran and their rules and way of life is far more chaotic than the modern world. I would ask the authorities or power to be, where this he learn about this and was he abused prior to this happening and who were the ones/one who did this to him, and has he done this because of learnt behaviour. There is much that we can't comprehend about the rules and regulations in not just this country but other third world countries as well. Modern society would not allow this sentence to eventuate on someone so young, especially after people concerned have recalled their charges, I hope that this does not go ahead.

Absolutly not. He is a child. Children experiment, especially boys, it is part of going through puberty.
