i am in wisconsin and the leaves of this tree are now a rich red. overall it looks to me like a plum or pear tree, but i dont remember seeing any fruit on it. the leaves are heartshaped, hearty and glossy. several of them are planted in this quite new neighborhood so obviously its a tree that landscapers like to use. do you know what it could be?

All I ever see them do is bash the WWE.

My friend and his son's mother are divorced . When his ex -- wife picks up the little boy at my friend's house, she asks him to look out the door for her . If he doesn't look out the door, she sits in her car and honks her horn . She's trying to avoid getting out of the car when the weather's cold . I say "That's why they make coats !" . The little boy doesn't think his mother should ring the doorbell in cold weather, he doesn't think looking out the window for his mother is too much too ask, and he doesn't think waiting in the car is bad manners . He says we're being unreasonable . NOW -- who's right ? IS waiting in the car bad manners ? Is there a book or a website that says it's bad manners to wait in the car in this situation ? Is there a way I can convince the little boy and his mother ?

Some how, I messed up Internet Explorer so that when I print a page I get all of the underlying print format codes, and lots of them! (I am not talking about the occasional codes for quote signs and ampersands). I am talking about all of the many format codes ie indents, type size, etc. etc. Help please!

Fell and lost the sense of smell and tase, but would be really hard pressed to prove company was negligent. Losses are not covered by insurance policy as is loss of eyesight, limbs etc.

one year ago i had a football injury where my shoulder pop slightly out of place. it has been bothering me since but i didnt think anything of it because the team trainer told me it was tendonitis. i have been playing basketball and when ever i block aball i get a extreme amout of pain and the same when throwing a football. i went to the doctor and he ordered me a mri he said the rotary cuff was torn but he didnt know the extent. if anyone has similar experences please tell me or any other info would be nice.

some christians, i.e. creationists, are quick to point out what they feel is an obvious flaw in the theory of evolution. that being: if we came from monkeys, why are there still monkeys? indeed this is puzzling, if we did indeed come from monkeys, that is (which we didn't). however, as it stands, creationist logic dictates nothing can come from something that still exists, i.e. monkeys shouldn't exist because we exist. therefore, since monkeys and humans coexist, it's absurd to think that we came from monkeys. now, take the creationist claim that we came from god. well, if that's the case, by creationist logic god can't exist, since we in fact do exist. he might have existed at one time, but his existence is no more. so my question to creationists is, if we came from god, why do you believe god still exists?

I have an HP Deskjet 3650. It prints fine but lately it hasnt been printing at all. So, i checked the 'Printeres' option in 'Control Panel' and it says that my printer is offline. I have been trying to get it back to online because I really need to print out my project. If anyone can help, please do! =D

How come every monday you get people saying how the wwe ppv was bad and getting worse yet they keep buying them. Its the same people saying that it was a horrible ppv every month.THEN WHY DO YOU KEEP BUYING THEM! I dont understand. If you know every ppv is bad then stop buying them and then coming on here to cry!

And for those who didnt watch it, how do you know it was a bad ppv? OH, I forgot you get it from biased websites and friends!

Okay, I have finally gathered the nerve to admit that I have HAD IT with my kitchen arrangement. We've lived here for 3 years and have twirled around our plates,silverware,junk drawer,food bags,tin foil, food,cans,boxes,cereal...etc over and over and over again. Nothing we do is tolerable, and what we have now- the set up is just flat out obnoxiuos.
Our kitchen is basically a straight shot, with a little bit of an L shape. The L part includes the sink,dishwaser and one medium cabinet up top. Then to the right of all that we have another smaller cabinet on top with a HUGE cabinet next to it, thats the upper curve. Just below all that we have a 2 layer turn thing. Then o nthe top is a large cabinet,micro and small cabniet and then the fridge. The lower part of that is small drawer,small cabinet below.Stove.Large cabinet below and long drawer above. Fridge. We then have an island on the opposite side, with 2 large cabinets and 2 long drawers. If anyone can picture this . .detailsbelow

I've seen some people on this forum say one of the stipulations of being a reputable breeder is showing your dog to championship. But what about preserving the ability the dog was originally bred for? How about a dog who stands out in his breed, not in show conformation, but ,for example, his ability to hunt, and one who is a field trial champion? Accounting for all other things (i.e health certification, temperament etc..), would you not breed such a dog because he isn't a champ in conformation? Would you instead opt to breed the dog who conforms to the breed standard, but possibly lose working ability along the way? And finally, would you consider someone who breeds for ability, along with health and temperament, a disreputable breeder?
