I recently had a child...is there a form to fill out to claim her as a dependent? Also, will this change the way I am currently taxed on my paychecks?......will my paychecks be larger?

Thanks

This morning my doctor requested I had x-rays done which I did and now he's demanding I get a CAT scan. I told him I didn't really think one was neccessay because 1.) i have minimal insurance and 2.) he's my pain management doctor not my primary physician. He said that if I didn't get the CAT scan I shouldn't bother to show up to my next appointment. I know it's not neccesarily right but can he do that legally?

Any help would be appreciated.

My soon to be X Wife screwed me over again.Three years ago she cheated on me with a guy for a year. After many fights and counseling etc we stayed together. Then in 06' I moved out for 5 months. She didnt love me etc. At the last minute she wanted to stay together and work on us. Our Townhouse had been sold so we had to quickly buy a house up the street. We wanted to keep our Daughter in the same school. Well this past August she left. She said it was a mistake and all the same crap in March but we agreed to stay until my mom could sell her house and move in with me. This would keep my Daughter in the same school etc. She broke that deal. Last week I found out she had been seeing a guy the entire time since we had been separated. It was all a lie because she didnt know where to go once the townhome sold. Of course the neighbors knew and told me the truth. She owned up to it when I confronted her. No guilt no nothing. Cold. Its been 11 years of marriage for nothing. It hurts so damn bad

I am due on the 29th of November with my first baby and live in Arkansas but my aunts want to throw a babyshower in Tennesse on the 15th of November and I'm not sure if its a good idea to leave that close to my due date and if for some reason i have the baby early and don't have it in the hospital here I am still going to get charged for it here. So i don't know if i should go or they also said they could give me the money they were going to use for the baby shower.

I was dating a separated man & I recently broke it off w/ him until divorce b/c it had been 7 months & they've STILL not filed for divorce (he lives in his own place but a lot of his stuff & his dogs are still at their house where she's living).

He keeps asking me questions like "Will you date me after I get divorced?" "Have your feelings for me changed?" "Will you tell me if they do?" "Will you date other guys until I'm divorced"?

I can't tell if these questions are b/c he's insecure & lonely & wants to make sure I still love him, or if they mean he wouldn't be getting divorced if I weren't in the picture. I understood that it was mutual but now she doesn't want divorce so if there's any chance he may not want divorce, I don't want to be in the way even though I still have feelings for him & have no desire to date other guys right now. Why do you think he is asking these questions? How should I answer them to make sure he would be getting divorced with or w/out me? Thanks.

BEFORE ANSWERING, READ THE ENTIRE SEGMENT!

WHEN IN THE LAST 80 SOME ODD YEARS HAS THERE BEEN A WAR ABOUT RELIGION?
YES, IM AN ATHEIST, BUT I AM SERIOUSLY GETTING SICK AND TIRED of this being an excuse for atheists to be angry at christians.

YES, we HAD wars for religions, but have we ever had them in OUR lifetime?

So why do we, Atheists, dehumanize christians just because they had a few wars in the past, remember, it wasnt JUST christians, it was just about every religion that existed, except for the mormons and the Amish.

But seriously, give me another good couple of excuses.

And WW2 DOESNT COUNT. It had OTHER reasons of being fought, mainly economic reasons.

Sorry, had to get that off my chest, ive been seeing it in like everyone of the questions i have seen.

My house was built in 1916. It is 1 floor only. Sometimes the toilet rises and drains slow and when I plunge the tub or sink gurgles. When you take a shower or do dishes or empty the washing machine, the toilet gurgles. When the toilet water rises and I plunge, it goes down very fast and the tub and sink gurgle. I paid a guy to come out and he immediately went to the basement and snaked the main and there were a few tiny roots and the pipe wasn't collapsed and he did not solve the problem. This problem goes away when I drain the washer because that is in the basement and seems to suck out whatever air is trapped that is causing the toilet to flush slow. BTW, the sinks and tub all drain fine - in fact, I have strong sucking whirlpools when they drain. The toilet gurgles though!

I have been on the roof; there are no vents. A better plumber is coming Thursday. Do you think it's still a clog? Worse after heavy rains and the city sewers are full. I live on Lake Erie.

No vents on roof.

My husband constantly wants to have deep, meaningful, conversations. But, it's getting old! I don't like to spend all my free time discussing deep inner thoughts. I want to relax and not have to think so much. He says its his way of gaining trust in me, and it gives him confidence. But it wears me out! Plus, I get in trouble if I don't want to talk, or if what comes out of my mouth isn't what he wants to hear! I'm so frusterated!!!!!!!!

Last month I had a very irregular period, but ever since the week before I have had indigestion. I never had indigestion before and it's really irritating, all the tums in the world don't seem to help it! It went away for about a week and now it should be about the time of the week before my next period is due and I have it really bad again. Could this just be a new symptom of my PMS? ?

How do I tell my 9 yr old son that the man that he thought was his dad isn't. I was with my ex husband for 6 years and we've been divorced for 4. He is re-married and hasn't seen my son for 18 months. I got court papers in the mail over the weekend and they informed me that 2 years ago, my ex-husband had a DNA test performed on my son without my knowledge. Needless to say the results say there is a 0% chance that he is my son's father. I was shocked and had no idea. If I had I assure you that I would never have put my son (and myself) thru the mental and physical abuse that he has been through. I know who is real father is. . .it's actually my high school sweetheart. Before you start slamming me about cheating, I would like you to know that we weren't married when my son was conceived. My ex and I had split up for about 2 months and me and my HS sweetheart had gotten back together. I went back to my ex at the end of Nov 97, found I was prenant on 12/31/97. So. . .now what?

New York Times Reveals that European-Descended Jews are Counterfeits and have no Blood line to Abraham

The fact that most of those who call themselves Jews are not Jews (Rev. 2:9) and have no claim to the lands of Palestine because they have no genetic relation to Abraham, Isaac and Jacob can no longer be suppressed. The October 29, 1996 N.Y. Times, in an article entitled, "Scholars Debate Origins of Yiddish and the Migrations of Jews," states:

"Arching over these questions is the central mystery of just where the Jews of Eastern Europe came from. Many historians believe that there were not nearly enough Jews in Western Europe to account for the huge population that later flourished in Poland, Lithuania, Ukraine and nearby areas.

"By reconstructing the Yiddish mother tongue, linguists hope to plot the migration of the Jews and their language with a precision never possible before.

"It has even been suggested, on the basis of linguistic evidence, that the Jews of Eastern Europe were not predominantly part of the diaspora from the Middle East, but were members of another ethnic group that adopted Judaism.

"...One linguist has recently argued that Yiddish began as a Slavic language that was 'relexified,' with most of its vocabulary replaced with German words.

"...Even more troublesome are demographic studies indicating that during the Middle Ages there were no more than 25,000 to 35,000 Jews in Western Europe. These figures are hard to reconcile with other studies showing that by the 17th century there were hundreds of thousands of Jews in Eastern Europe.

"...Some scholars believe the roots of Yiddish, and even the Ashkenazic people themselves, lie much farther east. In his 1976 book, The Thirteenth Tribe, Arthur Koestler made the startling suggestion, never taken seriously by linguists, that the Eastern European Jews were not really Semitic -- that they were largely descended from the Turkish Khazars, who converted en masse to Judaism in medieval times.

"More recently, Koestler's controversial thesis has been revived and expanded in a 1993 book, The Ashkenazic 'Jews': A Slavo-Turkic People in Search of a Jewish Identity (Slavica Publishers), by Dr. Paul Wexler, a Tel Aviv University linguist.

"Wexler uses a reconstruction of Yiddish to argue that it began as a Slavic language whose vocabulary was largely replaced with German words. Going even further, he contends that the Ashkenazic Jews are predominantly converted Slavs and Turks who merged with a tiny population of Palestinian Jews from the Diaspora."
