Last summer we travelled to Cancun, Mexico and stayed at the Royal Holiday. Here, I was invited to be a member of a special program in which we pay about $200 per month until the total is $14,555. I was told that as a member of this program I can travel every where in the world and the Royal Holiday will pay air fare, hotel, restaurant. In the agreement they wrote "transportation", and the manager who signed that contract explained to me that it meant "air fare". Later, when I came back the US, they sent a letter to me to say sorry because "there is a small mistake" (their words), "transportation" implied "transportation from airport to hotel". Therefore, I had to ask my bank cancel the transaction. Now, the Royal Holiday in Cancun send me a Final Notice in which they say if I don't pay $14,555 they will send the case to the International Division of United Credit Bureau, Equifax, Trans Union. Should I bring this issue to the court? Or Any thing I should do?

Okay. Im an old flame..so to speak.. of a person who got a divorced... about 9 months ago. He's over his marriage now, but she still haunts his mind. So in order to be fair to me he is moving away approx. 10 hours to start his life.. get a house, has a nice job offering, and be fair to me. Then when he clears his head, start a relationship again w/ me. TRUST me we are in love.... I just wanted to know .... is it normal.... when you end a marrriage you REALLY wanted to work out. To not want to make the same mistake again so you might step away from the world.... and breath figure out stuff on your own.... Just want to know that it has happened b4 to someone .. and that I will still have a good chance with my love if it is meant to be.

I'll be the first to tell you that an individual weather event doesn't tell you anything about global warming. However, look at all the extreme weather trends we're seeing in the US right now:

A huge drought in the southeastern states, along with droughts in the southwest and northwest:

The drought in the southwestern states which has already lasted 10 years is expected to last for 90 more:

Increased numbers of severe wildfires in the western states, most recently the San Diego wildfires:

Taken all together, could these extreme weather events be indicative of global warming?

I am writing a research paper for my English class that involves reading some polls and whatnot. I wanted to find out from Answers people what they thought. Here's the question: Do you think smoking should be allowed in public places? If you do, should it be restricted or not restricted? Why? If you don't think that smoking should be allowed at all, why?

An old flame, whom I haven't seen him in about a year, sees me jogging down the street. He stops, we talk for awhile then he says its getting dark you shouldn't be out here. He offers to take me home which was only about a mile up the road. He knows I live with someone, but he deliberately takes the long way and kept me with him for an hour. What's up with that?

My son is in the 3rd grade. He was diagnosted with ADHD when he was in kindergarten. Well, he is having a bit of trouble with school this year due to the increased difficulty. I am trying to help him the best way I can but would really like some tips on getting him to remember what it is we are studing. America's achievements are a wonderful springboard for world domination. But Americans are very independent. To facilitate a power to conquer effectively requires blind obedience such as Christianity.
I am suggesting that the direction is toward a reduction of descretionary funds available to Americans. This will close the gap between payroll and food.
The food supply will lesson and the price will raise. This will leave Americans working just to eat. That will produce a society that must be absolutly obedient. That obedience will be converted to military conquests for political power reasons.
