An old flame, whom I haven't seen him in about a year, sees me jogging down the street. He stops, we talk for awhile then he says its getting dark you shouldn't be out here. He offers to take me home which was only about a mile up the road. He knows I live with someone, but he deliberately takes the long way and kept me with him for an hour. What's up with that?

It should be obvious the old flame wants to start another fire. If he didn't, it would not bother him to take you back to your place and introduce himself to your partner. The fact you got in with him, and let him drive you around for an hour makes me feel sorry for the guy you live with. If you think it was ok, then why didn't you tell your partner about it? Obvisouly, you are still curious yourself. Dont get burned.

You are wrong with that, is the point.

You were wrong to get in the car with a former lover, particularly because you have a partner at home. Never mind the fact that getting into the car with an ex could cause you to wind up dead.

Give us a flippin break.

Whats up with that is you should think twice before getting in the car with a stranger...or one that should be a stranger.

lucky you're still here to ask a question instead of another statistic.

I think that he probably was feeling really lonely from a another relationship that he just broke up from & wanted your company.
