My brother in law (BIL),divorced, died on October 16th.He left behind my two wonderful neices aged 11 and 14. My wife and I have always been in their lives. BIL had full custody of the girls. The ex wife had weekend visitation for 24 hours two times a month. She has had 3 more children form another man, split up and has since married another man. The ex wife's sister also lives with in the same small house where her 3 small children also reside. My neices approached me when he passed away at his deathbed. They pleaded that they do not want to live with their mother and asked to live with us. They do not want to be pulled from their school, friends, church (we are their godparents)sports,& their grandma who lives nearby. We met with their biological mom. She told us that she may grant us custody under the condition that she gets to visit the kids more. What immediate steps can we take to get custody and help these kids? We are parents of three grown daughters 22,20,&17. Thanks

Why do people make it their business and put down people who have had children before they were married.. Like it's an evil thing.. Would you of rather had the person be in an relationship they didn't want to be in or have the child brought up in violence, or have the father rape the child or beat the child and or the mother.. Why don't you people get a life and stop trying to judge others.. Why are you trying to make other peoples lives your business?

this happens so intermittently that I cannot pinpoint a food trigger that would cause this flare up. Painful, rotten egg smelling, well 'farts' that are quite distressing to me and my family. What besides a food trigger could be causing this? I have scrutinized my diet and cannot isolate the source. Thank you for your input on such an embarrassing matter!

She is saying hateful, character-slamming things that are so rude and have no basis in reality. She is using four-letter words. I told her three days ago to stop contacting me or I would file harassement charges and yet she still contacts me. She is mad at me cause I was trying to be her friend and my ex told me on Thursday to leave her alone cause he decided he was uncomfortable with how close we were getting. He has not told her apparently that he was the reason for me no longer contacting her. Now she has gone insane on me and will not leave me alone. And she's a cop!!! I am tired of getting text messages all night long and all day and I refuse to change my phone number or email address. What to do?????

On very rainy or very windy days I have to stay in the house with my puppy (7 months, lab). He and I are always bored together and we end up watching TV or sleeping. What can I do to make him less bored? I always take him for a daily 1 hour walk at the same time. At around the same time I'm suppose to take him for a walk, he get excited and hyper. But I can't take him out because its really windy or pouring outside. He ends up bothering the whole family. Should I take him outside anyways, despite the weather, or stay inside? (On very windy days, I'm allergic to the dust being blown around.)

People kept coming up to me and asking me questions. After awhile I started to get annoyed because I was suppost to be dying here and wanting to die before they buried me. have worked for a boat company for 15 years. I am in charge of the service department. I have been asked recently to sing a confidentiality agreement. In that agreement, it also said I could not compete with my present employer. I after refusing to sign it because of the non complete provision, they removed it. I still dont want to sign because I am scared that it might affect futher employment. The agreement talks about secrets and I dont know of any secrets. I just fix boats. If they let me go, can I collect unemployment till I get back on my feet? I have three kids and a mortage payment and I am a little scared. Any advise would help! THanks
