why doesn't this dude just give up. Seriously, he gets hurt every game and it's only effecting him in the long run? its really a waste of time even having him on your roster don't you think?

My hubby and his ex- split in 1998 and divorced in 1999. They had a child together in 93. In 1999, at the divorce and custody hearing the custody was given to the mother, the child's name was allowed to be changed to the mother's maiden name, visitation was authorized for my hubby, and ZERO child support was ordered. We never did get any of the visitation ordered as she disappeared with the child, and has not contacted us as ordered in the decree. Ok. So yesterday when we checked the mail, we have a court summons where she is sueing us for child support. I don't mind paying support for the child, but she also wants to be given support from 1998 to current. IS this actually LEGAL since no support was ordered in the orginial and it has been almost 9 years?? Also anyone know of any good attorneys in Hardin county, KY? Court date is Nov 13 (not even a month)

Doe's anyone have any suggestions on the greiving process? My Dad died about 3 mths. ago and Sometimes I get so worked up about the reality I think I'll have a panic attack. It comes and goes but The sadness and depression are getting bad.

that was the dumbest thing..and anyone with half a mind would have known..to let lofton go home instead of holding him up. I can hear people saying..well manny already had thrown out kenny..oh please that was down right luck-and more so loftons fault for trying to turn it into a double.

Okay this is Kinda hypothetical:

Say last year your freinds with somebody and think that he/she likes you.

Then at a dance you yell at him/her and his/her boyfreind/girlfreind after being stressed and feel embarrased afterwards.

Then you feel guilty, and realize you actually like him/her.Now you realize you made a really big mistake and they don't like u anymore (you think)

Next year, he/she and you are sorta freinds again but not as close.

She/He starts to like your best freinds and it becomes more obvious then black is darker then white.

You start to get jealous of your best freinds and know it's wrong but don't know what do. and you still like them.

What do you do next?

You know sunday school without you having to be there? I was told I had to attend the service and policy was not to leave. When I was a child we were picked up by a church bus and sent to sunday school ..We left to me this all boiled down to money. and I was pissed I was only doing what the Lord wants me to do educate my child ..looking for another church

A friend and I cooked up a "brilliant" idea to write a book. Now I'm not thinking or planning for publishing at this moment, because we've got a long way to go. However, I'm the only one who's writing. She throws out ideas and I put them into my own words, so it doesn't sound bad. She agrees. She'll say, "So have YOU been working on OUR book?" I really feel like it's turned into my book. So IF it were to be published, in a lucky blue moon, should we split the dough in half? I was thinking more like 60/40. I mean, she's got a good job, she's due to inherit millions, and I've got very little money with 3 kids to support, and she's got no kids. I'm also the one doing 90% of the work. My family says it should be 50/50, even though I am doing most of the work. I never really discussed the revenue with her. I don't want to lose a friendship over this. Am I wrong to be thinking in this direction?

it sounds wierd but i am having a hard time with this. we have been together for over 3 years and are both going to the same college. we have talked about marrying each other and having kids with each other. i love him so much and would do anything for him. but alot of the time it seems like i am second, third, even fourth priority to his friends, school... anything! school i can definitely imagine but his friends are nothing special. his "best friend" went 6 months without calling hiim, answering his calls, lying to him and trying to avoid him, and now that there hanging out again it really bothers me because theres MANY times when this friends comes before me and he will only hang out with me when his friends cant or dont want to do anything with him. also it seems like he puts on an act for his friends and if they dont want him to bewith a girl girl then he puts me even lower on his list to make those friends happy. why would he do this and then want to marry me? am i crazy?!
