It depends on how you define "Male Multiple Orgasm."
If you mean continuous orgasm, no. It is just one orgasm drawn out to several spurts. Though there are occasions when a guy can keep an semi-erection after an orgasm and keep going until he has a second full erection and another orgasm, or at least completes the first.
If you are talking about multiple acts of intercourse in fairly short order, sure. Young guys recover fast, and don't have to settle for once a night. A vigorous young man with a willing and exciting partner should have no problem performing 3 or 4 or even more times in the course of an evening of lovemaking.

To be honest, it depends what type of guy it is. Some guys just "tuki-tuki" and that's it. But, someguys can "tuki-tuki" more than one time in a "session" and have more than one orgasm in that "session".

it depends on how far apart you're talking about. if you're saying 5 sec. then no. but like 5 min it can happen.
