YUMMMM....well there is more than one....mayo...bacon...sweet onions...pepper jack and cheddar cheese... fresh tomatoes....pickles, a little ketchup all on a nice fresh bun!!!!

These mix-ins work especially well with turkey, chicken and seafood burgers--they not only add flavor, but also moisture.
Grated cheeses
Barbecue sauce
Seasoned salts and spice blends
Fresh herbs, like basil, parsley, cilantro or sage
Plain yogurt (great for lean meats)
Cooked or caramelized onions
Finely chopped peppers--mild or hot
Sun-dried tomatoes

salad dressing, fresh slice homegrown tomato, pickles, ketchup, onion, lettuce , american cheese swiss cheese, 100 island dressing , french dressing , bbq sauce, mustard, jalapeno pepper slices(if you like spicy) pepper jack cheese,
When frying grilling or broiling sprinkle with kosher salt, pepper and some seasoning salt, I also like to place a frozen piece of blue cheese in the middle, before i grill it makes it a nice surprise and goes through the hamburger.
Now i am getting hungry .

Mozzarella, Swiss and cheddar cheese.
With a bit of mayo, lettuce and tomatoe. Make sure the tomatoe is ripe though.

i like onions -chips regular ones of course lol ketchup sometimes a lil A1 steak sauce but what ever way you eat your burger its your way lol

I love mine cooked medium rare with:
A bit of really good quality chili
Hickory smoked cheddar cheese
Applewood smoked bacon
This is the very best!!!
