From what Ive read, this means I have to change my workout routine, either the intensity, the order, or just do different exercises all together.....Heres the thing...for chest for example, what exercises is there to switch to, you have your variations of presses & the machines, I dont know what else I can do....So my question is, if anyone has had this challenge where you needed to switch your routine around because you stopped seeing results, what did you do, where did you get your ideas(different exercises) from, and how often should you switch routines? I appreciate your help.

A wise man (the late, great Rodney Dangerfield) once said that he "didn't get any respect". Surely if he had one of the many positions in the NHL that doesn't get as much publicity as deserved, I'm sure he would feel the same way. we went to court for the first time and ask the judge to give us an extension to move, he gave us 2 weeks which mean October 15 we should have been out the apt, we have a closing on 11-25-07 and need more time. i went to the court before 10-15-07 to ask for another extension the clerk told me if i see the judge now he will only give me 2 weeks extension, if i wait until the 72 hr notice i can get a month and a half extension. is this true because we have no where to go and i have 3 kids, 2 cats and 1 dog and for us to rent and apt pay one months rent, security and we are closing on a house next month do not make any sense to me. also the landlord said she is selling her house, well i found her house and its still active and she said that the person who brought it did it through century 21. I made a print out that shows the property is still available. what can we do all our money is tied up in the down payment and closing cost and we do not have money to rent a place for 1 month

I am 17 years old. I graduated high school last year. In a few months, I will be a sophomore in college. I have been with the same guy for 3 years. I love him very much, and we have both given up so much so that we could be together. I have lived with him since I graduated. He joined the Air Force, and we want to get married. When he comes back from basic training, we can get married, and we can live in a house on base. i will be 18 the month after we get married, and He will have turned 20 a couple months before. some of the people that I care about the most are telling me that I am too young.Some of them won't even talk to us anymore! Most people aren't a sophomore in college and living on their own until they are 20. And they said if I were 20, they wouldn't have a problem with me getting married. They don't look at what I've done in my life, just my age. I could understand if I haven't finished high school, and got pregnant, but that is not the case.

I'm gay. I feel gulity. I believe in God.
And I also believe in the Bible.

People say it's what god made what it is but maybe it isn't. Maybe it's just rationalize ourselves. I don't what is true. It's matter of choice. Someone choose to believe it and someone don't.
And I decided to believe it.(Please don't say anyting about my choice. Gay cummunites are trying to say that people are different and we have right to choose about ourselves. So I have every right to make choice for myself.)

But that means I have to give up Sex, My own family, love... .Don't say I can't be straight that's impossible. It's not something you can change.


I'm really serious about it. Lately I'm thinking about surgical options. Like Remove my prostate And vasectomy. So I don't have to tempted. People are fragile to temptation. Is it bad idea? I don' want to have child.

I just want to know what you guys think about it. Is it stupid?
