From what Ive read, this means I have to change my workout routine, either the intensity, the order, or just do different exercises all together.....Heres the thing...for chest for example, what exercises is there to switch to, you have your variations of presses & the machines, I dont know what else I can do....So my question is, if anyone has had this challenge where you needed to switch your routine around because you stopped seeing results, what did you do, where did you get your ideas(different exercises) from, and how often should you switch routines? I appreciate your help.

Changing your workout routine should do the trick. As far as the chest goes, use free weights and also use dumbbells instead of a barbell. That will cause you to use your muscles differently, thus giving you a different workout.
