Yoga and tai chi are claimed as very good relaxing exercises. I believe this would be true only to a particular group of people. They are those who dont play any sport and stay indoors most of the time, basically a very sedentary life.

Also, I think there is nothing as relaxing as a good short nap after playing a good game of tennis or any similar type of sport.

What happened was 2 parents took they're daughter who was 3 months old to daycare center. And somehow he mom had forgot to remind her husband the baby was in the vehicle with them. She was let out at her workplace, and he went on to play tennis, not knowing his baby daughter was even in car! He went on to work and someone had noticed the baby and broke window. But she died because of the heat. They were not even charged with child neglect?? Was this truely an accident in your mind? To me there no excuse for what happened! The father surely had similar routine many times before! The other sad thing was the fact that she was a pediatrician! Very sad story to say the least.
Was justice done here?

I have extremely heave periods that last for about three days. I have no idea of knowing what time will be heavy and what time will be about normal. I end up having SEVERE leakage problems every month without fail, even if i "double up" with both a pad and tampon. The leaking is very embarassing; once it was during my senior ring mass, and i had to go up to the front of the gym with everyone watching, after i walked back to my seat, i knew i was in for trouble, a few teacher came up to me, and that was the second time that had happened that day. Sometimes i go through a super tampon in an hour. Is that just normal heavy periods or what? I also get my period every three weeks instead of it used to being every four or so. I also get random bursts (TMI i am sure) with several clots...
When i have mentioned birth control in the past, my mother just says no.
I don't know what to do, but i really dont want to talk to a doctor about it, sounds childish i know...
any alternatives?

lately ive been feeling really sick, but its only comes in like 10 minute waves. ill be totally fine one minute and the next i cant even move because i feel so nautious and like im going to throw up and get so light headed like im going to pass out. all i can do is lay down or curl up in a ball and close my eyes and sit as still as possible. my stomach gets upset easily and i do throw up often because of this. the reason i ask is because, i want to know why i only feel so sick as to the point of paralyzation but for only 10-15 minutes at a time, after that i feel completely fine. ive been getting this for maybe a year now but not frequently, but recently its probably at least once a day. it may be cause im stressed out but i dont think so.

My sister takes percocet for fibromayalsia, she takes it daily and has used 100 pills since sept. I feel this is too much and that she is addicted to it, yet it has been prescribed to her by her Doctor.Any opinions would be appreciated.

We purchased a portable spa and were told by the sales guy that once delivered it was just plug in and its ready.Problem is they delivered today and it has a 15 amp plug.All our powerpoints are 10 amp.The only available appointment for an electrician is in a weeks time.Can anyone offer a temporary solution as to how we can go about using our spa in the upcpming week until an electrician can sort it out?Thanks

I know that we actually cant come any were near the speed of light right now or any time soon.

But Light is measured as traveling 186,282.397 miles per second,

Now I'm no scientist, but I know that that is Bitchingly fast...

But I can't help but thing, If light can be measured like that, dosent that fundamentally mean that there is some way to go faster then that.

If light can go from earth to the moon in 1.2 seconds, how can we say that can't be broken, couldent there be something out there that can go from the earth to the moon in 1.1 seconds.

Now Im not talking about aliens or star trek or anything, but if civilization lasts long enough, and we actually start to get smarter (Unlikely as that would be) and our technology continues to grow, couldn't the human race, or some race in the stars if there is one, somehow find a way to travel faster then light speed.

Now I'm not gonna pretend to know dittily about science or physics.

But my common sense is telling me that if something has a defined speed, there has to be someway to go faster then it as long as that speed has a constant measurement.
